I ordered Ason Sofa XL from this company The quality is outstanding The customer service was really helpful I wasn t sure what color I like so they sent me a bunch of samples I got a notification every time when the status of the order was changed So I could see the process in my account The time frame was 6-8 weeks I got mine in 8 weeks I suppose I could got it sooner if it wasn t a holiday season I highly recommend this company

I found Medley on the internet After our first interactions with the person helping us I felt like there was minimal risk to ordering furniture online from them The staff was knowledgeable helpful and offered good suggestions They sent samples and we had excellent communication throughout the process I would order from Medley again in a heartbeat Our sectional arrived and was exactly what we expected We love it Thank you Medely for a great experience

I am giving this review ONLY on the customer service representative Elyse Excellent in every way Resolved my questions and therefore I did place an order for over 5K I will update when I get the furniture but the lady I spoke to was an excellent employee Had it not been for her I would have shopped elsewhere

I was very pleased with all the time and effort put into getting my couch exactly the way I wanted it They were so helpful with asking the right questions and when the couch arrived the company that delivered it was also amazing They went out of their way to place the couch exactly perfect I highly recommend medley They were even helpful in recommending another piece I wanted from another company

Beautiful functional eco-friendly couch

I am writing to share my review of the Zavis couch which we ordered with the natural latex filling We have been enjoying it for about a month and we absolutely love the look and feel of it It stays cool to the touch during naps and provides very nice back support I am not sure what other customers are complaining about in terms of wait I ordered the couch online around the holidays and received it in January as expected In fact my family chose to order from this California based company as opposed to other companies that manufacture closer to us We are on the East Coast Communication was good both by email and online Very pleased

We ordered a Nein open L sectional The entire process was seemless We started our selection based on fabric samples Laura in customer revive was very helpful and was available to answer all our questions The flexibility to specify all materials was very helpful The furniture was delivered on time and to our expectations We appreciated being able to buy non toxic furniture at a reasonable price

Love our new Medley furniture

We are VERY happy with our Rio XL sofa XL ottomans and chair After researching non-toxic furniture for a while I decided on Medley and am happy I did It is very well made and super nice looking It did take a few months to receive it which was expected as I was advised of this when I ordered It is not put into the production line until after you order it as it is custom made to your specifications so you should expect a wait All went smoothly and I received status updates along the way It was completely worth the wait

Great very easy to work with on time and helpful Our sofas are fantastic They got us the sofas in time for Christmas even though we ordered just after the whole Black Friday Cyber Monday weekend We went into this knowing they ve had some production issues and we were pleasantly surprised with their customer service And no I m not a robo reviewer
