I ignored the warnings and bought the Bissell Spotclean Bought from Amazon This was after failing to order through Bissell s own website because the discount code didn t work On the very first use the hose started leaking the dirty water It s right where the hose joins the body as countless others have reported Bissell clearly not listening to customers

Price other than advertised and shit customer service received once phoned them honestly it is all about cheating in everything this days

Avoid BISSELL - Terrible Warranty Service Review for ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro The machine itself is great until it stops working Unfortunately mine stopped spraying from the foot The first time it broke I had to find a box to send it to their repair center because I had thrown mine away BISSELL wouldn t collect it or visit to check it over and apparently it s in the fine print somewhere After weeks of searching I finally found a box and sent it to them They claimed the tank was warped which I was made to pay for and the pump had failed which they supposedly replaced When I received the repaired unit it still didn t spray from the foot They asked me to send it back again I waited until after my holiday to return it BISSELL returned the machine with water left in the tank making the box damp and unusable for another return I took photos as evidence They said the pump was replaced but this was the same issue they claimed to have fixed the first time The machine still doesn t work correctly I m at a loss for what to do next I haven t contacted them yet but I m considering going to trading standards To make matters worse twice they forgot to return the handle screw which delayed my ability to check if the machine worked In summary BISSELL s service is appalling Avoid this company and save yourself the hassle

My machine came with DPD and was damaged so I didn t accept the delivery 2 weeks down the line and I m still waiting for my order Absolutely shocking

I do not have any problems with your products indeed I recently purchased a Bissell Spot Cleaner which has already proved to be an excellent purchase I do however have an issue with your choice of carrier namely DPD I ordered Cleaning Formula directly from Bissell and DPD have failed to deliver Their drivers regularly tell lies and their system does not allow customers complaint to be heard by their clients in other words they become self-policing I urge the senior management team at Bissell to pay particular attention to the performance of DPD as it will inevitably have an adverse effect on your business

Product is good quality but DPD courier was AWFUL - they dumped my package on the street busy street in Edinburgh Luckily a neighbour spotted it but not before package had been opened by a passerby Won t order from Bissell again because of this

I still haven t received my parcel DPD delivered to the wrong address I notified DPD within 5 minutes of their wrong delivery 72 hours later still no parcel and Bissell inform me I have to wait until DPD investigate the wrong delivery - so no hoover and over 250 gone from my card and no idea how long it might take for DPD to look at their GPS tracking and admit to Bissell they gave my parcel to someone else despite them admitting that to me 5 minutes after the delivery
