I placed an order and it never came and

I placed an order and it never came and I wasn t informed about it I called customer service first time - they told it s coming After waiting ANOTHER week - called again and got a reply that refund is in process No information that my purchase is not coming nothing Just an email with invoice that amount is returned I need to place an order again and eventually I am happy with the spot cleaner pet plus but customer service could be better

This doesn t clean every style of tile

This doesn t clean every style of tile I have fine textured tiles and it doesn t clean any better than a conventional mop does Neither does it get to the edges of the flooring or into the corners for that you still need a mop I have both mop heads Could do with a a hard bristle head too for the harder to clean floor tiles Works fine on other floor areas such as laminate Needs refilling frequently and emptying often Good for a quick rug clean If you have fine textured floor tiles stay away If you have none textured great

Waiting for product

Site was okay but I can t comment on product as I m still waiting for it Not quite a week but if I had paid for a quick delivery I could have got it next day so it s not that they haven t got any

Overall disappointed After reading reviews I expected more Stains are removed only partially spray is not great hose seems to be leaking and dripping

I purchased a crosswave cordless which wasn t cheap The water tank started leaking after 2 months customer service sent another out Then 6months later it just stopped working was sent for repair and returned but still didn t work I sent it back again which I then get an invoice for 70 2 parts were out in 5 each 1 I didn t need and 50 shipping It s a joke I called customer they are actually quite rude and dismissive she was like this is the last time we will pay for it I said exuse the last time I said this is the last time I will calling you of it breaks again it will be going in the bin I will stick with Dyson

Disappointing Customer service

Disappointing Customer service My BISSELL Pro Heat cracked on both sides around the handle area after limited use Looks like it could have been a weakness in the plastic but customer services were just not interested

Disappointing

It was unclear how poor this machine is in terms of lifting dirt What it does is simply scrub slowly around the floor With a farmhouse floor to deal with all that happens is that you end up with a mop and bucket to rinse the floor Machine itself is fine but it does nt do much tbh cheaper to stick to a mop and bucket as you ll end up using it anyway

Disappointed with customer service

Very quick delivery of the bissell crosswave pet pro yet to open so can t comment on the machine itself However I paid for 3 additional bottles of cleaning fluid which did not come with the order Contacted customer service but as yet had no response a few days later So disappointed with that bit

I attempted to purchase a product

I attempted to purchase a product directly from the Bissell website the purchasing process appeared to fail due to an issue with my online banking I tried to find out from Bissell if I d actually managed to purchase the product or not and they never got back to me In the end I bought the same product from Argos product good Bissell customer service non existent

Spotclean pro

The spotclean pro works well and removes a lot of grime although the hose is a bit short This makes it awkward to use on furniture However the biggest issue is the noise it makes Absolutely deafening Ear defenders should be worn In addition the motor exhaust vent ejects the hot air downwards so risk of carpet fabric burn Avoid
