If I could give no stars I would Don t waste your money on the spot clean pro bought mine in July and after 3 weeks stopped working and hasn t worked since Has been back for repair twice and still not fixed it Having to send back for a 3rd time Absolute joke of a company and product as they are refusing to replace for a new one or refund me Stay clear

I ve ordered a product from Bissell and wanted to return it on the same day I ve been trying for four days in a row to reach their customer service through their hotline and by mail but to no avail Absolutely no return from them whatsoever Appalling non existent customer service Buyer beware

Not suitable for me

I found this product too hard to push over a carpet Therefore I could not use it as I have carpets in all rooms except kitchen and bathroom I explained this to a member of your Customer Services team and he was very helpful and understanding

Absolute shocking consumer care service my product is under 6 years warrenty and has stopped working called consumer care went through troubleshooting over the phone still not working then got told to wait 3-5 working days for a call for a home repair visit it s now been 7 working days NOTHING I ve called 3 times to just be told oh we will send an email through and if I don t get a call back I have to send the product off to then wait a further 10 working days for it to be repaired verry slow at communication never buying from bissell again

I ordered the spot cleaner and was expecting it today I have to say DPD they 1st tried to deliver to wrong address then said they would drop it off at a postoffice because they were to lazy to deliver to correct address I am elderly and have no way of collecting parcel from there so i would appreciate it if you could get them to deliver where they are meant to Just a suggestion maybe use EVRI as they never let you down Please can you get back to me as this not about the goods rather delivery you use

Stay away from bisselldirect

Stay away from bisselldirect I ve paid for an order in August this year and have not received my solutions to clean my carpet I ve sent three messages through their contact form no answer and their main company bissell is just saying contact the direct people as they sell the solutions Very bad customer service Avoid them

Absolutely rubbish experience buying

Absolutely rubbish experience buying direct While the product was dispatched next day they chose a courier service that did not ring doorbell or phone despite me waiting in all day No option to reschedule only drop off at a collection point 20 minutes walk away I declined to collect Why would a company think this outcome would EVER be a good customer experience

We purchased a bissell cross wave on first using the cleaner we were very happy with the purchase Then 4 months later the problems began first it leaked water everywhere then it stopped self cleaning then the motor packed in so we contacted the service centre who gave us the usual speel clean this do that at what point does the thing doesn t work did she not get anyway according to bissels term and conditions we should have got a full refund but oh no we ll pick it up and repair it ok we sent the cleaner off for repair two weeks later bissell sent it back after using it twice it s broken again I would not recommend this cleaner to my worst enemy it a complete pile of rubbish

Their web site seems to be a scam

Their web site seems to be a complete scam Tells me to subscribe and receive a 10 discount after cutting through a lot of red tape I finally get the code but it isn t accepted Then I spot over 55 s get 15 discount which seems ageist to me so again I have to sell my soul to get that code again not accepted I don t trust this company now I have their Revolution Pet Pro cleaner which is not very good anyway clogs up with short hair cat fur quite often But now I ll use another brand of cleaner in it until the unit is good for the tip
