The sweeper was very quickly delivered

The sweeper was very quickly delivered and after charging worked well however the two little rotary brushes on the outside edges are not driven so are pretty much useless The sweeper it replaced had driven brushes and I thought the Bissel sweeper would be the same I bought the unit from Bissel expecting it to be British or at least European made but it was made in China

Ordering and delivery were fine

Ordering and delivery were fine Although the box was broken with a bashed-in hole on the the top the goods themselves were undamaged Cleaner itself functions ok but does throw a lot of dust forward instead of collecting it

Easy to order

Easy to order Product is very good and does what it says it does BUT - the instructions are TERRIBLE No words only silly little pictures that are very unclear Even IKEA s instructions are better and they are pretty terrible i would not have bought the product if I had known that the instructions were useless Had to get my daughter to show me how to take it apart after using every time

Who is Stearn Electric Company

Disappointed to see that when paying for product via PayPal the payment was to Stearn Electric CompanyLtd not direct to Bissell I don t have a warranty card to complete and post off so no real hard evidence of a two year warranty guarentee The Powerwash Pet carpet cleaner seems to be ok a little on the heavy side The dirty water tank despite being a good size only allows for so much dirty water otherwise when you lift it out water DIRTY AT THAT comes out of tank And goes everywhere just to make you aware

Great machine cleans good but super loud can t do any carpet washing next to kids and that really annoys

Discount Code not provided

I was basing my purchase on previous experience of Bissell products which was generally very good However when initiating my order I received an email offering a discount if I signed up to the Bissell website - this I did and received an email with a Discount Code box However when I clicked on this box I was only taken back to the website - I never received the declared Discount Code A pretty unscrupulous marketing ploy in my opinion
