Hot Garbage Bank
They promised lots and delivered less than nothing They cost us money The customer service were literally morons unable to do basic tasks or answer questions When we were not getting disconnected we were told daily for weeks our issues were fixed only to find out the next day they were not Ask for a manager get disconnected We spent a month trying to get a US account to work and then gave up and went to a real bank Don t waste your time or money with this joke of a bank

Forced to deal with them not a fun experience
Was forced to deal with this company after they purchased the original bank I had a loan with Tried to pay the loan off as I was not happy with their customer service but the payment was put on hold due to inability to verify my identity I spent an hour on the phone only to be told I should cancel the payment and proceed with another form of payment that would include a fee This caused the payment to be processed a day too late only for them to insist I pay the interest charge for the next month This companies internal processes are a mess and customer services inability or lack of caring to make decisions based on individual situations leave customers having to deal with processes and policies that almost always favor profits over doing right by the customer

Worse bank ever
Worse bank ever send a payoff on September 14 and never got posted until October 3 helping themselves to more interest They should be reported tot Federal Credit Act since they have no integrity only to steal from the consumer I had to pay the extra interest because they refused to post the check until that time Even today they have not closed my account

Just another typical worthless lying thieving Bank taking advantage of the hard laborers of other people while they kick back and line their pockets with money that s not theirs What do you expect from a bank that took over Bank of the West There s absolutely no reason for the majority of people to use a big Bank with all the non-bank apps out there If you are one of the unfortunate ones that has to have a big Bank though using BMO will be one of the biggest mistakes you ve ever made And the slick talking black dude you have on your commercials is not helping anything just reinforces what so many people have already unfortunately found out you re just another lying thieving Bank

After 25 years with this bank in Tucson Arizona I can say it s become a joke The branches literally cannot do anything for you as the bank is run by incompetent underwriters in Chicago Save yourself the headache and bank elsewhere

Really really crappy bank and customer
Really really crappy bank and customer service they always put a hold on your mobile deposits for 10 business days always an excuse like no deposit history and risk of fraud or It s a large amount and bank has discretionto hold It s payroll god dam checks how many times already why keep putting hold on payroll checks from same employers I m late to pay my bills and rent and this has happened every single dam time I deposit using mobile deposit even deposit atm 2 days no credit the day after and got me Para oid whether there be a hold or not You are not I form of any hold u till your balance is minis and call in or wait 5 business days to reca letter and 10 business days for hold to lift ridiculous

O M G Where do I start it all when wrong when they took over my really nice bank Bank of the West Their customer service is appalling I cannot get to speak with a manager on a Saturday and they have passed the buck so many times re a mortgage issue I m beginning to think they are completely incompetent I am so so disappointed I was with Bank of the West for 10 years with no issues Now I am moving to another bank where I can get back the service I was used too TERRIBLE BANK Their reviews tell you so

My loan was purchased by this BANK
My loan was purchased by this BANK they did not roll the Auto Draft from the old account Never have I seen a bank not be able to accomplish They then start calling me with a late payment Attempted to set up auto draft 3 months in a row they have now taking two payments from me at same time because of their incompetence They want me to dispute with my bank which I am sure will mess up next months Auto Draft On hold over 10 mins waiting for a Manager

CD Scam
I opened a CD on line it has matured and I cannot get BMO to return the funds They say they can only send a check not wire it back as I wired it in I have been waiting for the check for three weeks and I cannot get them to confirm whether it has even been sent At this point I am filing a complain with Federal Reserve Unbelievable they cannot or will not tell you where your funds are
