I ordered a beach co-ord set and only the top arrived Janno at boohoo was so helpful and made my day by resending the item saving me the stress of returning it and trying to re-buy it

I had to contact Boohoo about a refund that I was waiting for by email because they don t have a phone number I was expecting it to be a few days to get a reply It took less than 2 hours and my refund had being issued by Courtney Fantastic service Courtney thank you P S I can t recommend Boohoo enough great products at fantastic prices

Janno was really helpful when an item arrived faulty He refunded me straight away and they now also suggest up cycling donating or recycling the faulty item which I think is great 10 10 service Janno you re a babe
