Beautiful as a story and an object

I m not done with Feeding Ghosts yet but this book is really amazing The writing is evocative and crystal clear the storyline is beautiful and the art is gorgeous I love how patterns and shapes continue across the gutters creating a real sense of connection and severed-ness visually as well as narratively Also this is a very nit-picky thing but the pages are un-coated and not too thick which means they feel good turn well and lay relatively flat It also means you don t have to contend with glare and can see the art clearly even if you re reading with an overhead lamp Over all it s a great book both intellectually and tactilely Definitely worth having a physical copy You won t regret getting it

Great independent bookshop

One of the few bookshops that still accept National Book Tokens a huge plus 3 books ordered two in stock and despatched within a few days Other book had 3 week expected delivery time but actually arrived a week after initial order Physical shop not able to stock everything but online shop has an excellent choice Will order from again as it supports independent bookshops not just the few giants Recommend you have a look
