Garbage company
Garbage company They failed to follow trough with a delivery and blamed me for my inability to track down the package I asked for either a refund or the another hat to be delivered and they refused This is the closest I ve ever seen to Victim Blaming form an actual company Pathetic Avoid them at all costs

Poor craftsmanship horribly inconsistent sizing and terrible customer service
After buying 25 caps from Boston Scally I will never buy one again Ordered 3 caps again paid for expedited shipping which DHL confirmed was NOT expedited and the order got lost 2 days after it was shipped tracking stopped Now it is 5 days later no tracking info for the past 5 days no delivery date and USPS says they never got the package from DHL Needless to say like everyone else customer service has been completely useless They told me to wait another week or so and contact them again if it doesn t show up I am not gonna wait another week for a package that is obviously lost and that I paid EXTRA for expedited shipping on Now someone named Sam with customer service has ghosted me Also the quality of the caps are fair at best Of the 25 Boston Scally caps that I own maybe 3 I am completely happy with and wear regularly The rest all have flaws sizing issues and poor craftsmanship At this point I am done with them I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I filled a charge back

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS OWNER ON THE PLANET My wife and daughter ordered three hats for me for Christmas They were the wrong size so I returned them After several months and 17 emails they still have my money I have not received replacement hats or coupons to replace the order and they refuse to contact me directly to resolve the issue Mike Arone Owner is clearly running his business poorly I have been as patient and cordial as possible trying to resolve the issue Each email only seems to drag out the process further despite simply asking for the paid amount in Boston Scally coupons Hard to believe a business would risk their companies integrity for three hats BEWARE This could be your experience VERY SHADY For the record I have never once posted a negative business review online Yeah that bad

Decent product incredibly bad service
Decent product but incredibly bad customer support Eighteen days since I placed an order USPS shows no record of scanning the shipment in no interim sorting centers yet Boston Scally keeps responding that this is the Post Office s problem and I should just wait a few more days I have contacted three times now and eac time the response is essentially oh that post office just wait a few more days and you ll have it Today I requested a refund same damn response they won t even accommodate a direct request for credit A former customer not to be again
