Customer services don t even reply
Signed up to their subscription to get the cheaper rates on charging Went to a charger and it still displayed the standard rates in the app Called customer services and was on hold for 20 minutes so eventually just started the charge in the hope they could sort it out later Emailed them on 4th November over a month ago and they haven t even attempted to resolve it Have followed up with several emails over the month which are now completely ignored Even emailed them saying I would like to raise a complaint but they have taken to ignoring that too However the charging itself was fine
