Lack of instruction on how to use the machine
Initially experience was very poor As I am new to ev charging the machine and the app had no instructions and touching the machine nothing happened Upon ringing the customer helpline the person who answered was extremely patient and helpful Why do you have to pay up front Why no clear instructions on ideally both app and the machine Following this review I was contacted by BP and now feel reassured that they are looking to make using the machines easier for new users
