Terrible experience with a faulty
Poor experience with homecharge unit Failed after 3 months called four times to get it logged get support etc and no response or any progression over a 2 week period Raised on trust pilot and seemed to progress and the complaints team gave some support Engineer who attended was great came out and fixed the issue so 5 for him However the issue could and should have been identified and rectified by the contact center didn t require a visit So a 1 for them they were at least polite average of 3
