Visiting the bp pulse charging points

Visiting the bp pulse charging points at Shawcroft Car Park Ashbourne Charging point number 1 was selected via the app the cables were connected and then the app said it would take 2 minutes to connect and start charging this went on for about 20 minutes after which I gave up and tried point number 2 this worked successfully and an approximate 1 hour charging session carried out Upon my return for some reason the charging station would not release the cable I called the help line only to get the usual response that you were too busy talking to others when I did get through and explained my issue the gentleman at your end hung up So I tried again this time getting through to a helpful young lady who between us managed to get the cable released this took about a further 30 minutes The whole experience question my decision as to weather I should have an electric and is bp pulse the best charging company to use John F Adcock

BP pulse Home chargerThe worst service ever I have I advise everyone not to get involved and buy an electric car charger because it does not work properly and it does not connect to Wi-Fi which means that you are deprived of using it at night As for the after-sales services customer service they are a disaster All the employees do not pay any attention to you and do not solve your problem at all It is a very bad service Look for another company NO CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE AS OF YET

Terrible product terrible service

EV wall charger has failed again and we have been told it s no longer under warranty and that the business has pivoted towards commercial installations only Terrible product and terrible service And despite the follow up we have already ordered a new unit from a reputable supplier Can t wait to be rid of the BP Pulse hassle

I did requested to get refund due to bp

I did requested to get refund due to bp pluse charged wrong invoice when I started charging bp station display after 2 minutes bp already 52khw whe I completed my charge bp station display still show 52khw charged I took picture before and after charging I send pictures and location of charging I spoken to customer service I spoke so many times to customer service I sent them so many emails one time manger promise to call me back Now is more then month I am still waiting to get refund over charging so shame full refund department They treat me I am asking for charity what a shameful ridiculous customer service What a great customer service

Absolutely disgraceful service from BP Pulse from the minute we joined to now If I sat down and told you everything this company have done to me in the course of the 2 3 years I ve been with them you d boycott them too I have never dealt with a company as poor as this I ve had an executive complaint ongoing for almost two years because they don t seem to be able to figure out how to get out bed in the morning let alone how to help customers I wondered why I hadn t had a response until I discovered that the executive complaints handled has now left not surprising given the state of this company TERRIBLE communication even worse customer service - especially from Moses who hung up on me after refusing to allow me to speak to a manager and laughing at me when I explained I am a disabled customer stranded away from home without access to my membership which I rely on to get me to and from treatment Muhktar was also incredibly rude and refused to help me The only people to have actually helped slightly have been Tessa and Carol I will NEVER use BP Pulse again - I would much rather pay a premium to charge elsewhere because they ve made me ill with my ongoing complaint constantly worried they re going to restrict my service for an error THEY made Panic was very much well-placed as they have once again cut me off and refused to reinstate me despite the issue being VERY MUCH their fault

Terrible at every stage of the customer

Terrible at every stage of the customer journey We have had two BP Pulse chargers for about 11 months The chargers are not charging as described - they were sold as 22kw chargers but are only 11kw BP Pulse have refused to send an engineer because we did not sign up to an expensive additional maintenance contract despite the chargers being less than 12 months old and despite being told that we did not need the maintenance contract BP Pulse have removed our chargers from their map of chargers so they have also been removed from Zapmap so no customers can find them We have had to instruct solicitors to sue BP Pulse Chargemaster Ltd for breach of contract including our costs approx 10k of installing 3 phase power to supply these chargers We are going to move to Mer Do not use BP Pulse under any circumstances PS BP Pulse responded to this review to say that they had requested more information from us via Trust Pilot but in fact that they had not done so and still have not done so No contact has been received

Terrible service it keeps not charging

Terrible service it keeps not charging had issue before took ages to fix now have same problem and I m with motorbility so need my car to get about I m now stuck at home waiting to get help reported issue this morning still waiting for help

Badly Thought Out - Waste Of Your Time

Tried to pay with different contactless cards at the charger with no success So I downloaded the app went through all the laborious verification added a card verified that then topped up my balance And still didn t work So I phoned their customer service line and after a few minutes of investigation it turns out the charger had a network problem and would not work It s fair enough that things break down but why on earth does the charger not tell you it has an issue A simple message saying out of order and I d have saved twenty five minutes of messing around with cards apps and this interminable phone call So I drive to the next nearest location I find and to my annoyance it s a BP pulse charger - I enter the location ID in the app only for it to tell me that ID doesn t exist Except it does and I m standing right in front of it I drive on Over half an hour wasted on a Friday evening on this awful system and I m now sat at a Tesla charger This wasted time means I m now going to get stuck in much heavier traffic and I will get home much later than planned So we ll be late visiting friends for dinner now all due to BP s poorly designed and implemented system I ll be avoiding these chargers from now on

Rang customer service pressed 1 for a

Rang customer service pressed 1 for a call back never got one stuck at charger that stopped would not disconnect rang again waited for 20 min would not let me go in the queue as I had already requested Eventually gave up luckily it disconnected They are a joke they do not care what so ever never called back

Absolutely the worst company ever to

Absolutely the worst company ever to have a home charger with Little to no support I was fobbed off for days not listened to advised its a WiFi signal issue my end yet the charger was not discoverable to any networks I have full signal from my home WiFi next to the box and left with no working charger If your warranty runs out your left to fend for yourself Avoid this company at all costs
