The card reader was not working for members so had to call the operator 20 minutes 10 minutes 10 to connect 08 50 20 minutes to disconnect10 30Very disappointed as they hadn t put on extra staff or managers to cover sickness 4th December 2023 I m now considering whether it s worth paying my subscription every month for such poor service RDIF CARD READERAs this regular problem is over a lot of machines over the East Anglia London Midlands areaAnd further afieldDoes BP keep a stock spare parts for their machines fish1chips2

You changed my home charger when the

You changed my home charger when the previous one was was faulty The replacement charger does charge my cars but to get the low rate i have to go outside to plug them in at 00 30 at night in the wind and rain My home charger is not responding to the app and every time i ring for help it still doesnt resolve my problem

I m not convinced that the agent i spoke to will act upon my suggestions of how to improve the service by 1 itemising overstay charges on the invoice 2 adding an alert feature in the app to warn that you are getting close to receiving an over charge fee Also it should be made crystal clear at the charging station that theses fee s will be charged the only warning provided at the charger in question was that the stay should be limited to 2 hrs

Had an issue resolved but took time

It took two phone calls and 15 minutes to start a charging session despite having been able to use the same machine earlier in the day without incident On the positive side the calls were answered quickly but the first person had to ask me hang up as her computer had frozen No explanation as to why it wasn t working properly but ultimately at least I managed to start a charge

BP Pulse is a very poor operator

BP Pulse is a very poor operator I often have problems getting a charge On this occasion the App did not recognise the chargers we had 2 cars and when we telephoned BP managed to get one working but not the other At one stage BP told us they were not their machines and were a private installation I have awarded 2 stars because they did get one machine working

Charging at Poppleton was difficult

Charging at Poppleton was difficult I was wanting to do a very fast charge 175 kWh but the first 2 units didn t work The 3rd machine started off as if it were okay but I had to phone for assistance which did start the process only for it to disconnect before I got to 80 Very poor service from what should be a good hub

Terribly expensive at 75p per kWh

Terribly expensive at 75p per kWh This is equivalent to over 2 per liter as compard to petrol or diesel vehicles No email receipt although email address given Slow and confusing debit card transactions showing large over-charge amounts pending for a number of days However I did like the fast speed hence 2 stars not 1 Also why do I need a vendor App for recharging an EV This is not necessary for diesel or petrol

Advertising shows first month free and 45 credit over 5 months charged me for the first month subscription and their prices are so expensive it does not make the subscription worth while in my case lack of ability to veiw account details if you want to make changes to the account paying the direct debit Chargers seem OK and work well enough

Too many chargers are not working and misleading information on the app

Too many chargers are not working Your app will on occasions give misleading information about the number of chargers Perivale just of the A40 in London is shown as 4 chargers In reality there are two with only two parking spaces one each albeit both chargers have two different leads They can however only be used by one car at a time

My local machines in Greenwich are not working more often that they do work On 3 separate occasions they took the money without giving me a charge Making me wait 10days for a refund Fix your machines
