I don t think the 2 in 1 chargers are a good idea it slow down the charge on the car means it takes twice as long to charge up

I find it difficult at BP stations to charge my EV Car because must the EV Charging machine point aren t working Furthermore the queue is to much with only 1 EV charging Point

Not an easy charging experience

Not an easy charging experience I have two EVs and I don t have home charging facilities Many times after connecting the charger - it won t start charging - I have seen many customers are facing the same challenge Have to change chargers to find luck To start the charge one has to find the charger on the map which is again very inconvenient - why on earth I have to zoom-in and zoom-in to locate the charger and waste my valuable time - I really don t get it Also I have subscribed to their membership and I supposed to get a card but that never arrived Not a good experience overall And all I have to do is to write a review to grab their attention for the service that I suppose to get by default - to get contacted - get the service and again come back to change this review

Good when chargers work but expensive

They need to install more chargers To be honest not impressed with the price of the chargers I would have thought they would have been more competitive With reference to your message even with a subscription or prices are higher than a lot of other companies this is not just my opinion you go on facebook and you will see that lots of groups dont recommend your company as the prices are too high

Good and useful when the chargers work Fast charging and convenient Not all chargers work property The ap is not always reliable it freezes sometimes When you call customer service the assistants are always kind and helpful but the line does get busy at peek times you can l be waiting up to an hour to get connected At less peek times they answer straight away Everyday is a different story The membership seems like a good idea but I m still waiting for my membership to be approved a week later

Mixed feelings

Only one of your charging points works at Cecil Street Manchester which is really frustrating however the one that does work is easy to use and i never have the connection issues I have with other suppliers equipment

NOW RESOLVED - I put 40 of credit on the BP Pulse App

I put 40 of credit on the BP Pulse App - used 25 and had 15 remaining 3 weeks later it s disappeared Zero response to any emails I ve sent to the App helpdesk email Absolutely appalling service NOTE - This has now been resolved so have uprated to 3 s

A mixed bag

The charging station always works and is normally available at least one charger anyway However the claimed up to 150kwh is a fantasy more like 20 at best Also about 89p a kWh which I calculate to be more expensive mile for mile than petrol

Silly beer n cider prices at BP pulse live

Ok so we expect things to be dearer in these venues but really 8 95 for a pint of Cider dearer than a pint in London 12 50 for the most boring looking and tasting burger I ve ever had the misfortune to order to top it all if you spend 22 00 on tickets for the Caravan camping show you get free parking spend 135 00 on two tickets for Toto parking is 12 00 On the plus side the venue is compact and the view was good from my seats the staff were friendly and helpful But not in a rush to come back Take my advice drink across from the enterance at 5 20 a pint before you go in and don t encourage these clowns
