Great service over all whit some small

Great service over all whit some small glitch s from site to site being a taxi driver useing different charging points all over the North Est one thing is definitely 5 star is the costumer service line every time did need some help they been more responsive then was aspecting Will help to expand the charging network over major city like Chester only one charging point is not enough will be great to have more charging points

At Reading Services easily accessible and straight forward instructions to follow and apply especially for a newcomer to charging like me Then just a question of waiting for your level of charge Nice bonus to have half price hot drinks

Would certainly recommend BP Pulse

I have now been with BP Pulse for over three months and pleased with the service received It has been reliable and would recommend The only negative I have is that you are limited to one card and having an EV PHEV it is a pain having to remember to keep swapping the card from vehicle to vehicle I contacted CS and they said several people have asked for two but we don t supply any additional cards perhaps missing a piece on Customer Satisfaction

While using bppulse is easy especially with the app and i enjoy the fact that their is ususlly a M S food and Wild Bean cafe at most charging points i often find that the chargers are out of order and seem to be out of prder for a couple of days each time A little more staff training for forecourt staff would be useful as only one staff member knew how to operate and help I must say your phone helpline is very good and the operatives are extremly helpful

Great customer services

I have given 4 stars because of the amazing customer services I got Unfortunately because I live in a small town the access to Chargers is limited and are always in car parks where I also have to pay parking fees There is also a lot of 7kw chargers which are in my opinion only beneficial if used overnight again they are also on car parks This isn t meant to be a bad review it s just a problem where I live

Thank you for helping us to charge ours car it s still need more charge points because most of them are queue and some of them are just for taxis wish is most of time are not in use

BP Pulse customer service

I was unable to get a BP Pulse charging station to work and contacted customer services The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and was able to remotely access my account and get me started
