Excessive mileage to charge

I have to drive a long way to get to my nearest bp pulse charger Yesterday I was in Exeter so decided to use a fast charging point which was so convenient to use The downside that I ve had using bp pulse is that when I went to use the charger in a bp filling station close to my work I couldn t use it because it wasn t a bp pulse EV vehicles are ok if you live in a town and also have the facilities to charge at home I don t have this option and I have to drive 10 miles to get to my nearest bp pulse station

Very great customer service One of the agent his name is mukhtar in such a he s a very nice person he s explained me every single things and explain me all of benefit and he is active my account and my card on the way I feel very great with this service he s the best in this company

I m bp pulse customer for three years when I got my new electric car I always used bp charging station and I am so satisfied they always been helpful and their service also improving day after day It is trustworthy company

Very good experience the staff are very friendly and cooperative only two suggestions if acceptable 1 U need more staff to reduce the waiting times 2 U need more bp charging point to install throughout uk and specially in london Regards

Excellent customer service The price are very expensive and the new power station is not good because it just gives 25khw power instead of 50khw power but in the app showing it s 50khw and taking 2 hours and 30 minutes to charge the vehicle and it is west of time BP petrol station on Finchley lane has the power station but it s most of the time doesn t work Kindly request from BP to increase the power station in nw London and reduce the price please For Uber drivers the price is very high but for other subscriptions the price is very lower

Had the good fortune of meeting Darren and Andy in their BP pulse vans at the charge station at Rathgael They helped me navigate getting charged explained the machine and were all round friendly and helpful guys Very much appreciated
