Thank you very much Mr Shah you deserve more than 5 starI ve been trying to get resolve my card issues with various members of BP Pulse but no one helped me except Mr Shah I found Mr Shah is very knowledgeable and was willing to extend his helping hands in my favour to resolve the ongoing issue I was quite satisfied over Mr Shah s actions and wish his success

Really Pleased

I ve recently bought an EV and knew there was a wait before my home charger could be installed Having a BP garage close by with a charging station also wanting travel further afield it made sense to have a BP Pulse subscription I ve been really pleased with the ease and speed of charging at BP both locally and on the motorway Charging prices are reasonable too My only very minor gripe is that pulse members are supposed to get a half price hot drink whilst charging from the Wild Bean Cafe but most don t know this is a perk and refuse to honour the half price

The lady that attended to me was very patient and she kept on trying until I was able to start charging the car that was after about almost 30 minutes

The representative I spoke with is a great guy and understood all the subject we dealt with Very Knowledgeable We in Dagenham will be glad if more charging points is to be built for us here The only one we have is what we always que to use Right now I am waiting to get it used as someone is still using it right now

Great customer service

Due to the recent weather induced travel chaos and not having used BP Pulse before had to find a BP Pulse charging point - not helped by issues with access to the website and app location caused not BP issues Belinda was so helpful on the phone answering questions giving clear and really helpful guidance in a genuinely caring manner Really appreciated as we were in a bit of a pickle Thank you

First time charging an electric vehicle and I had a question while I was using the charge point so I called and my question was answered immediately and straightforwardly in a very friendly way The whole thing is so much more convenient than I expected

Calm and patient when helping

We spoke to Belinda I think over a problem we had encountered during registering with a code for free subscription when it wouldn t work She walked us through step by step how to active it and redo it and was very patient when I was panicking due to things not working Thank you

I had a great experience today

I had a great experience today I was struggling to charge my car at Kettering and contacted the helpline Belinda was very patient and stayed on the line until I managed to start charging my car- this took a while Belinda was calm and her manner was supportive and engaging talking me through each step I am very grateful for her help and guidance
