Great customer service and friendly staff

This website allow you to buy from other online store as well I sent a few enquiries through email as this is my first time buying and the staff were very helpful Eventhough it was past after their operating hour they do have someone replying to your enquiries so it is really great You will need to pay for consolidation fee though but it is fixed for more than 3 orders

Buyee s Pretty Good I Guess

Overall using Buyee was good I bought an item I didn t know was for pre-order and when I sent a message to customer support they responded at the next morning explaining that it wouldn t ship until late August The only bad thing an Buyee is if you do shipping through Buyee Air Delivery it takes EMS a week to send you your package instead of the 2-4 days it advertises when you select a shipping option at least in my experience

This is a first time to bid at the Buyee I found the web site is appropriate design to suit the biding purpose I found some error while I place a bid but I think it occurred from the internet connection Each step from bid to deliver the goods is OK I suggested to add the status of the goods and expected date arrive at the warehouse will be great

Need to learn to walk before u can fly

The coverage insurance policy is a little confusing So make sure if something is not clear to ask before buying as some sellers tend to provide misleading photos etc Other then that customer service is great very quick with replies and always willing to help Also these guys have some of the best shipping rates for international shipments I ve seen anywhere So yeah beginnings were a bit rough but I am very satisfied now

Really enjoy bidding using Buyee

I love collecting Japanese Pokemon TCG cards and I find so many with great prices from Yahoo Japan Auction with Buyee s help Honestly I barely bid on Ebay anymore The shipping fee is more expensive than I thought 8 644 yen for a 2 3 kg package and the custom tax is a shocker However overall buyee is a great place which I will continuously support Their customer service is really impressive Thank you

I ve had a positive experience with Buyee mainly buying TCG cards There fees are very fair and they haven t missed out on any purchases I ve requested The main issues I ve had come from communication and shipping Always make sure to proactively email them for issues because if you have any issues they won t attempt to help you after paying Also they only use DHL which charges import fees every time

TLDR Site navigation 4 5 can get glitchy and freeze on app but they have a vast selection of stores Communication 5 5 I ve only contacted them once about a question and it went smoothly Optional Fees protection 5 5 it s there if you need it and somewhat reasonably priced Shipping 4 5 some options will get opt out Packaging 5 5This will be just my shopping experience and info on the shipping I ve paid to give you a little insight on what to expect -My first order in 2021 with this proxy server were preorders along with some other items from the same store Eva Store Pre-order has yet to be available and luckily all items are being shipped together so I don t have to pay for an extended storage time Which yes they store for 30 days for free and then charge you per day And it s based on weight max being 3 day for a 20 001g package Second order 2021 went smoothly I bought a 27 volume manga set 5 580g with no insurance protection and paid 5 728 yen for shipping through their Buyee Air Delivery EMS the only option that was given to me for this package I was given a tracking number and it came within 6 days and undamaged Edited The third order I ended up going wild and bought a total of 35 packages about 41 items total Shikishis acrylic stands charms etc rubber straps 4 prized figures Each item individual listing were charged separately in optional extra service fees and domestic Japan shipping depending on the seller even the ones from the same seller as in they didn t combine their items to ship Mecari Yahoo Auction from my exp I m not sure why and if this is on Buyee or the sellers The orders were purchased fairly quickly and all came to their warehouse within first order s THIS order 30 day storage period I was also sent emails on when the items were successfully purchased canceled this happened twice and both successfully refunded and when they arrived at the warehouse The orders were then consolidated which is my first time doing so From the info I ve received the package came out to be 5 420g 59 45 38 cm and I paid 25 651 yen for shipping through Buyee Air Again the only option that was given for this package probably due to weight The shipping breakdown 5 940 yen Total Japan domestic shipping to their warehouse 1 000 yen Consolidation fee 1 500 yen Protection fee 17 211 yen International shipping A tracking number was given with fedex the package came within 5 days and was throughly well protected with bubble wraps Overly so if I m being honestly but it did the job This is my first time going through proxy to this caliber so I don t have a frame of reference if I overpaid But with the comparison of the second and third order box size do play a great role in the shipping price Also I didn t realized how big the box actually was until I received it so getting hit with that shipping price made so much sense now That said I d advise checking if consolidating in separate batches could be cheaper just in case The site is fairly easy to navigate and their selection is vast search in Japanese for better result The optional protective fees do rack up if you re you re not paying attention and coupons come rarely so definitely take advantage when you can I ll mostly be sticking with them because of BOOTH and the Eva Store Also a note about BOOTH to keep in mind If an artist has a number limit on items you cannot buy through Buyee even if it there s an option for it I have emailed Buyee about it and they replied with as quoted As we have confirmed that the items has a purchase quantity limit restrictions It means that we can only order one item per one account But We Buyee are considered a user by Booth when purchasing for customers Due to this reason we are not able to place an order for items with a Purchase Quantity Limit restriction Really wished they had a work around for that or have it completely removed it s disheartening to get false hopes over trying to support an artist

It is a great website to buy from

It is a great website to buy from japan I recommend it but the prices are high Shipping was 40 but it came in a week which makes sense I had some trouble purchasing an item and paying for the shipping you have to do them separately which is kind of annoying Other than that I ordered 2 items from them so far and they both came very fast with no problems I got 100 off for shipping on my first purchase I am very happy with what I got
