LOVE IT Have used it several times a week for 10 months

LOVE IT I ve had my electric tricycle from BuyTricycle for a year now and am so pleased with it I absolutely LOVE IT Can t recommend them enough I don t usually get round to leaving reviews but felt like I had to as I see they ve had a couple of less than positive comments left recently and I just wanted to say how much I ve appreciated their good service and put the record straight I can honestly say that I ve found the company to be excellent Recently for example I accidently left my charger outside for several days in a massive rain storm and - not suprisingly - it stopped working I rang them got through in 1 minute asked if I could order another one and they said they d be happy to send me one right away without anything to pay I couldn t beleive how kind this was The charger was in the post first class the same day I got my tricycle for Christmas last year so have been using it regularly for 10 months and it s going like a dream It gives me so much freedom whether I m using it to cycle to work with a loaded basked on the back or exploring the local cycle paths I would highly recommend them Best Christmas present I ve ever received When it arrives in it s box you ll need someone who knows about bikes to put it together I called our local mobile bike repair man who just charged me a small sum to put it together So if it s a Christmas present be sure to leave enough time for this before the big day

They answered all my questions promptly by email and the quality of the bicycle was excellent so I recommend them for both the product and their customer service
