We ordered a battery for my bike and were unsure how to fit it We contacted the help desk and Elaine very quickly responded and was very helpful After several emails back and forth with our questions and help with the wiring the battery was fitted Elaine also chased up a battery charger which hadn t arrived and sorted it An excellent service Thank you

Elaine always comes back with support

I have contacted Cytricity several times with queries and always found Elaine to be really helpful It gives me confidence in buying a second cyclotricity conversion kit I m still researching it though as my first was a front wheel hub and the new one is going to be rear wheel

Parts problem

I accidently broke my pedal and crank arm for my Elysium Relay E-bike I sent an email to Elaine of Cyclotricity who helped me before with spare parts for my bike As expected Elaine has come to the rescue and promptly sent me a replacement part Outstanding Service again from this company

Seemed to be waiting a long time for delivery not sure if the order had been placed on my behalf after purchasing through a 3rd party Called and spoke to Elaine who was excellent and sorted the situation in minutes Very polite friendly and very professional

When the box with the kit arrived the day before I was leaving the country it was damaged some parts were loose in the box and when I got home I found that an important part was missing However thanks to exellent service from the team at Cyclotricity the part was sent to me here in Norway and I was able to get going Many thanks

I can t fault the amazing service from these guys I had ordered less than a week before my holidays hoping it would arrive in time When I realised the bike wouldn t be in time I immediately contacted customer services they tried to expedite but when they realised that was not possible I was given a speedy refund into my PayPal account Thanks especially to Elaine

One very pleased coustomer Mullet Beast

Just received my Mullet Beast 1500 very impressed with the fit and finish I was kept informed at every stage of the delivery process It came in the biggest cardboard box going This is my second bike I have purchased from cyclotricity my first was a Stealth 1000 and it s still going strong after 6years After three sets of tyres I am still going on the original battery I am very impressed with the bike and at this price point you will not find a bike with similar specifications
