Actually I meant to put 100 stars won t let me ENGWE BIKES ARE THE BEST So the day I got mine while yes it was the most beautiful amazing bike I ever seen I did get hit by a car I bought a second Engwe as the first one was completely shattered Engwe completely replaced the frame and all damage for FREE now I got 2 EPIC bikes They are very gracious and they totally were not responsible for that so the gratitude I have for the amazing work they do is unmatched I hope my review converts any potential buyer to an avid enthusiast of this company They are great with wonderful bikes and fantastic staff members Thanks Engwe for your work and Mr Bossman whoever that may be is training employees RIGHT Thanks from my deepest gratitude

K bte en el-cykle tilbage i sommeren 2023 som vi har haft stor gl de af Efter ca 6 mdr oplever vi at cyklen ikke virker og tager derfor kontakt til engwe via mail De hjalp os med at finde frem til at displayet ikke virkede og sendte os en ny som var meget nem at skifte Rigtig god service Bought an electric bike back in the summer of 2023 which we where very happy with 6 months later we found that the bike couldn t start and we then emailed engwe They helped us figure out that the display wasn t working and shipped us a new one which was very easy to replace Really good service

Amazing service by engwe I have been their customer since 2 years I have engwe ep 2 pro i needed the new front forks I have tried every stores and online markets but at the end again engwe helped with the problem and send it within 4 to 5 days Because I needed the threaded fork from top Thanks alot

Absolute beast

I received the bike with heavy duty courier and the packaging was perfect I assembled it in 20 mins and took it out for a test drive This bike is an absolute beast I am an Engwe fan now and I am looking forward to buy Engwe bikes and accessories in the future

I was worried the bike will be smaller but was super excited with the size and structuring of the bike when I got mine and I must really commend the engwe customer service for swift reply and support with any challenge I had Thanks a million happy I got the bike from you guys
