In my opinion I never regret to choose this company firstly the customer service is really amazing Suzy you re really amazing you have tremendous respect to your customers you respond quickly and solve our problems immediately that s really great to me I actually bought the c29 e bike from duotts a couple of months ago if I was to advise someone I would say this bike is the only bike to buy it beats all of the other bikes on the streets I have never seen the bike like this the speed accuracy everything with this bike is really amazing I would highly recommend someone to buy this bike if you like e bike this is the one you must choose I actually recommended so many people to buy this and they never regret I saw people on the comments they were talking about brakes they have some issues with brakes but for me this was not a big issue I could replace the pads easily after a couple of months plus the pads are cheap it wasn t really a big problem to me plus I have seen the company introduced the new brake system to improve its accuracy which is even much better
