Terrible service after the sale service
Terrible service after the sale Cabinet order from 9 1 2020 was delayed due to Covid perfectly understandable Almost all the cabinets were picked up in November except for one One three draw cabinet was delayed until well into 2021 so it was substituted for a more standard door cabinet Three draw cabinet is approx 1 000 the standard door cabinet is approx 500 I have not been able to get a refund The store says to request a refund from corporate and tcorporate says the store does the refunds Life time warranty do not believe it for 1 second any issues with anything are done through corporate not the store One of my cabinets came with the incorrect parts contacted corporate no response what so ever zero The cabinets seem ok so far the mine were a mix of made in China and Vietnam they almost match each other but not quiet The Chinese ones are much better quality with good plywood The Vietnamese ones have massive voids in the plywood When you drill into them half the time the drill goes through them like going through air I would buy from Ikea and maybe use custom draw fronts

Buyer beware
At first the team at the Monroeville PA store seemed great but once my order had issues they apparently washed their hands of my order A piece was all of the sudden out of stock and delayed the order by one week After finally receiving the cabinets one was out of square and the channels had to be hand chiseled out because nothing lined up The locking mechanism would not lock and would need to be manually fixed to make it remotely stable I called customer service and they assured me a new cabinet would be shipped immediately After waiting a week to receive the replacement I called again and it was delayed another week At this point over a month into the process I still don t have a replacement Customer service kept reiterating damage and quality issues are in the terms and conditions and they are not liable for delays or problems nor will they accept a return after the product is removed out of the box My countertop installer will arrive tomorrow and I am going to have to pay a contractor additional money to make what I have work so I m not another week or two behind

Almost bought from Cabinets to Go as they where very inexpensive but was told I had to assemble the cabinets Smelled fishy and their reviews stink too No deal Thanks for saving me headaches

Do Not Go
Do Not Go When I say the experience has been difficult frustrating and maddening I am understating the incompetence After spending over three hours with a sales associate to confirm and update a prepared plan I should have known then thatthis would be a painful experience I purchased cabinets and counter tops for a small kitchen and had my own contractor toinstall Simple right Not When they were finally delivered on pallets I was informed at that time that we had to spend moremoney assembling everything That amounts to 45-85 per cabinet HUH Okay things happen and we will get through this What one should expect in that process is that several parts are damaged and it throws off any schedule you have And whenyou hear that the store associate carries no responsibility or can take ownership to help you get passed on to the overwhelming-ly incompetent barely English- speaking team After repeating seven times that parts were damaged and reviewing whichparts they bring the issues to the team And they keep reminding you that the issues are with the team Finally after aweek or so they ship your replacements--all the while contractors have to be rescheduled At one pint I just used a damagedpiece and had it positioned so it was unseen--all to avoid the team Oh let s not forget the counter tops There was an offerfor a free sink if I ordered the counter tops from Cabinets to NOT go Unfortunately the sales associate was not aware of it un-til I saw a sign And then the sink didn t come By the time I realized it didn t come with the cabinet delivery I called and wasinformed that the sales associate with whom I worked was no longer with the company To top that off they were out of thesink I chose Yet another does of no accountability frustration and surprise So I picked out a sink and asked for it be deliv-ered to my home Apparently the communication was not received so I had to go fetch it myself--with no apology or concernby the store Manager who by-the-way has the personality of a lamp post Niiiiice Now I can have the installation completedand have the company come do counter top measurements Once again and unfortunately for me this will take three weeks and then they come back to measure for the backsplash areas--probably another three weeks to add to that process Anotherreschedule Ugh But wait I m not done I was missing a part So I was forced to go back to the team After almost twoweeks of receiving email messages thanking me for my patience and the team is working on it I am done The processfrom start to finish has been so utterly strange and ridiculous I can only laugh at this point From irresponsible unfriendly andunhelpful sales associates and the Manager to the barely English-speaking and non-functioning customer no-we-don t care you are really in for a troubling time As if remodeling isn t difficult enough they do their best to make it more arduous

Definitely a HORRIBLE experience
Definitely a HORRIBLE experience I was informed that the things I was purchasing were in stock and would take no longer than 2 weeks I made the purchase in February 2022 and fast forward to June 2022 I JUST finally received most of the things BUT after a couple of weeks from getting the door installed on my Lazy Suzy it broke off this week I m still waiting on my refund for my sink rack that I never received that was ordered several months ago as well I inquired directly from a representative in Dearborn and of course no follow-up received I inquired via Customer Care and was informed I would need to contact the store I went directly to the store in Dearborn MI and was told they would credit my account and they haven t to date There was delay after delay wrong parts being delivered lack of follow-up etc and NO compensation I could go on and on but 4 months later not 2 weeks there are still issues I will NEVER purchase from them again

Do not shop at this store or any Cabinets To Go retailer They did my kitchen back in October 2020 and I had nothing but problems My kitchen flooring they installed started cracking and coming apart a few months after they installed it They gave me a so called 10 year guarantee They wanted to charge me again as much as I paid originally for something they should have done right the first time They won t make good for the job Now I have to get someone else and pay again to have the job done over completely A nightmare

I wished I read these reviews before I gave them my money - they are spot on This place is a joke - The Indiana store store manager Tim and the regional manager Zack Monk are useless and incompetent Customer Service is no better For 3 months my kitchen was not usable my job was super simple - one wall of new cabinets where the old ones existed they made mistake after mistake the never called when the new pieces arrived they never called to schedule installation they didn t even finish the job I had to hire my own cabinet installer and pay additional money to get the job finished After filing a complaint with the BBB - because no one from cabinets to go would call me back - not even Tim the store manager who I gave my money to - they failed to respond to the BBB They clearly don t care about their business and they are not capable of doing the job Not responding to the BBB says it all

Cabinets to Go has not provided good service
I don t like writing bad reviews about companies since I expect them to provide good service Cabinets to Go in Columbia SC has not provided good service The timing of cabinet installation was good but everything else was and is not The installers drilled holes in drawers for different hardware than what I selected The company was to replace those drawers allowing installation of the hardware selected Though stated that this would occur many times it has not occurred Also the refrigerator cabinet is too small Though our old and new refrigerator were larger the company did not take accurate measurements Similarly several times company officials said this would be corrected It has not been and our refrigerator is much larger than the refrigerator enclosure There are other issues all of which the company is aware but has not resolved I am disappointed and had no choice but to write this review which reflects inaction and not good service

Better options out there then CTG
Purchased cabinets at CTG in Raleigh NC for a property outside this area The service was great until the order was put in The store designer I worked with made errors on some height calculations which my installer worked around and she also forgot to add some panels which were on the design drawings but not on the order When I got the missing pieces ordered after the first order shipped they wanted another 249 shipping fee for their error When trying to contact the store to help get this resolved Porscher which I worked with just ignored us and never called or emailed back Customer service was also no better and unwilling to help claiming issue had to be worked with the store Overall I am extremely disappointed with the service I received which is too bad since these looked to be quality cabinets just not worth the experience
