Oil change distress turned to happy customer

07 12 2023 Went in for a routine oil change and now my car is leaving oil puddles on the previously clean garage floor Not impressed Update 13 12 2023 Upon learning of my disappointment Worthing Audi Caffyns contacted me and collected my car from home at their expense Following a review of the leak they found a faulty ring seal on the Oil Filter causing the oil spill Whilst faulty parts are unexpected it can happen I am pleased with their speedy actions to rectify the issue all free of charge this has restored my confidence in their quest for excellence I would not hesitate to revisit this dealership again To conclude ALL companies can experience customer dissatisfaction from time to time Its how they rectified the issue that sets this Audi dealership apart and above the crowd

What an experience Wojtek who helped us with our new car was simply amazing Gave us the VIP treatment had our car wrapped up in a private room just for us with a congratulations stand with my name on it in front of it He also was very thoughtful and me a gift I ve never had this type of experience with any other high end branded vehicle I m felt so special and felt genuinely looked after Thank you Wojtek for making the car pick up day forever memorable From Nadia Alan

Valeted and returned in time

I ve just had my car returned in a valeted condition following an MOTThe car was collected midmorning following a conversation with a very capable young lady whom when I rang to enquire what time they would be collecting the car I was advised that the booking of the mot had not been confirmedHaving informed them of their mistake this member of staff did everything they could to rectify and subsequently correct the error on my behalfHats off to Eastbourne Audi Will definitely use their 5 service again
