Ryse was very helpful and friendly Obviously he had some years of experience which was apparent from his confident demeanor I felt the buying experience was not rushed and I was given time to arrive at my own conclusions I was given ample time to experience the test drive on my own which I was grateful for and felt no pressure to make a decision immediately The car was made ready at the agreed date and time and my queries were answered to my satisfaction I was notified of a minor fault with the car and was given the option of delaying the collection or having the fault corrected at a later date I chose the latter Ryse rang a couple of days later to see how I was getting on and all is well Thank you Ryse and John Banks for a pleasurable experience

this is the forth car i have purchasd from john banks ipswitch i always return as ilike doing business with people that treat me with respect and honesty i met darren martin the sales person when i decided to purchase the new s cross darren was instrumental in helping me to make up my mind darren was very helpful in explaining everything i needed to know about the new car the rest of the staff in the showroom were also very helpful by getting water for my dog and coffee for myself

My wife and I agree that this was our best experience of buying a car ever From the first moment I expressed an interest in changing my car when my old car was being serviced at Johns Banks Honda Ipswich Ed the boss was really helpful Never pushy but informative and he went out of his way to ensure that we got what we wanted During the actual trading in of our old car and purchasing the new one Ed introduced us to Rhys who guided us through the various stages in a way that was very reassuring We were kept fully informed of developments and my questions were always answered promptly and in a way that made me feel as if our opinions mattered I only mention this because our previous experience of other dealerships has not always felt this way or as comfortable Now we have the new car and we are delighted with it John Banks will service it of course just as they have our two previous cars I can t fault them and have no hesitation recommending them to friends

I have just bought a car from the Cambridge branch It was an excellent service from start to finish Sam Cooke helped me find a lovely car in my price range from a different branch and kept me informed every step of the way My new car is fantastic and I even had an email from Sam the day after I collected it to check everything was ok I would definitely recommend to friends and family who are looking to upgrade their car to come to John Banks
