After I ordered I realized it was an app and that I wouldn t be able to use it on my desktop at home My eyesight is not that great and don t use apps I contacted them immediately and expected the well we ll cancel you after the time you paid for is up Nope they cancelled me right away Thank you for that

I saw their ad and decided to give it a try as I have heart issues I love the features where I can keep track of my blood pressure heart rate daily medications and meals in one place I am loving the daily meals planned out for me and the weekly grocery list so it takes the guess work out of shopping I already feel the difference in myself I am not snacking all day as the three meals a day leave me full and I feel more energy My one complaint is for some of the meals I can t do Stevia or sugar substitutes nor protein powders as I am allergic to the ingredients I omit these instead The meals are all nutritious and so far the ones I have had taste great It also has an exercise plan for extra which I skipped due to cost for now I also love that after entering in all my info it tells me if I stick to the plan when I will reach my weight goal which is very motivational Thank you

I absolutely love this app One thing I do nit do is watch what I eat in any way My blood pressure is always so high but I never considered trying to control it with my diet until now And this gives me a guideline of exactly how to do that It s like having a dietitian in my kitchen Amazing
