I m worth it
I lost 40 pounds last year with the Noom app After a while the recipes became boring At a recent check-up I was told my cholesterol was high My plan is to lower it with diet and hold off on medication I found Cardihealth after searching for diets that lower cholesterol I haven t been back to check my levels yet but I love this app I like that you can change the meal options and create a shopping list for the ingredients you ll need I haven t had a recipe I didn t like I m learning healthy habits It s so much easier to grab a handful of cereal or something quick when I m hungry I remind myself that long ago people had to hunt for their food and then prepare it The least I can do is spend 20 minutes cooking I m worth it
