Amended Diet lacks enough fruits and vegetables
This app is great for tracking blood pressure and provides some great articles While the recipes are low sodium sugar and salt however they don t seem to create a balanced diet and there is not enough variety There is a huge emphasis on protein but the recipes lack enough veggies fruit and leafy greens As for the exercises they are just stretching and no cardio at all I must say their dessert recipes sent separately are quite good -Amended after the Cardio team s response to my original review While the veggie portions seem very low particularly for the vegan diet after working with it and just adding more vegetables and leafy greens I have to say I am enjoying many of the recipes and the diet is helping me to feel better One thing I appreciate very much is how simple and quick the recipes are to prepare This is very helpful for sticking with a plan when you start out not feeling well Also comparing other plans I really appreciate the flexibility of this one that I can exclude foods or food groups I can t eat I am continuing to work with the app and am happy that the Cardio team takes the feedback to heart and continue to improve it I have increased my rating to a 4
