Not a helpful meal planner

This was completely useless to me No ability to easily print menu plan or recipes They suggested that I screen print which isn t helpful because it doesn t fit on one screen Can only plan from their limited menu choices No option to add your own meal They offered to cancel my subscription but no refund UPDATE I contacted them again and have received a refund

I am trying to cancel the app and my subscription I just bought an hour ago Buyers Remorse I sent an email and I got a response saying the mailbox is being serviced and is not available now I want out as the app keeps trying to sell me more add one This feels like a total scam I have not used the app and I want a full refund

I did not find this useful I cancelled in less than a month I was told that I could use the app fir the 6 months that I paid for it Cannot access and they are not refunding my money

Problems Cancelling Subscription

The app was not working for me so I cancelled my subscription To my surprise I was billed again I have tried to cancel again and cannot get confirmation of my cancellation or even access my information Starting g to feel like a scam

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS App You will regret it I mistakenly bought it and didn t even use it for over a few weeks as it didn t provide any useful info I did not know that it was set for automatic renewal As soon as I saw the charge I asked for a refund and they refused saying that if you want to cancel your auto renewal you have to do so 48 hours in advance TERRIBLE policy

Avoid this

I did not find it useful I canceled it so I thought apparently it did not process until I got another payment deducted This time they assured me it is canceled but refuse to give me a refund

For my health issue

For my health issue the app was not as useful as expected I too tried to cancel the 6 month subscription that I purchased I didn t even try to get a refund for that period Now 6 months later I see another charge I reached out to customer support to explain that I didn t even utilize the app during the first subscription and tried to cancel it I inquired if I could get a refund for the new charges They refused to refund the second charge I hadn t used the app since the 1st week months ago I definitely would not recommend just based on the customer support even if the product worked for me I am very disappointed with this experience

Pretty disappointed with the diet

Pretty disappointed with the diet Limited options for each meal and uninspired recipes Where is the variety of meals no flavor to the recipes Turkey with vegetables was yucky I can t just have smoothies for the morning and evening snacks also 1300 calories is not enough As well I found it impossible to search for recipes I am not a vegetarian but enjoy variety and I knew there were veggie bean options but suddenly could not find them Will be un-subscribing

It was not as advertised and a waste of money Did not add to any of the other apps that I use for health and wellness and it did not appear possible to search for things like healthy food options I got nothing out of it--it was a waste of money

Bugs in the app

Good recipes on app but when I update medicines with new information it doesn t carry over into the daily reminders Also my reminders for my medication come 6 hours before I m supposed to take them Why is that happening
