Carhartt would like to have you think that they are a brand that understands the needs of the good honest hardworking man A brand that will meet your needs whatever life throws at you whatever the weather- they are on your side BUT I DO NOT THINK SO I saved for ages to buy my first brand-new Carhartt jacket- I d only ever had hand-me-downs I was excited to place my order and mighty grateful for my welcome gift of 20 off my first order All I needed to do was sign-up which I did immediately- who wouldn t want to be in their tribe I used their size-guide and ordered the same size as my beloved Levi s Truckers Jacket My Carhartt jacket was too big - Could I please exchange it for one size smaller NO- If I wait for my refund and buy the same jacket again but one size smaller would you be kind enough to give me the same price NO- It would still be my first ever brand-new Carhartt Jacket I d appreciate it if you d reconsider as I worked long and hard to get the money and winter is coming I m a working class family man please try NO NO NO I think that right there is the difference between Customer Service and Customer Care They have taken the magic out of it and maybe I will just wear a thick hoodie under my Levi s Trucker Jacket which fits like they made just for me I am also still waiting for my refund but Carhartt s Terms and Conditions give them shedloads of time to process my return so I will just have to sit here quietly UPDATE- 01 09 2021Dear Mister Julian EngelsmanThank You Sir I appreciated your fast intervention and accept your sincere apology I received my refund as promised and I used the unique code to immediately purchase the correct item at the original price that I had paid Carhartt has kept me well informed all along the way I m excited to receive my jacket tomorrow I m very impressed and delighted at how Carhartt has resolved my problem Thank You for being the brand that I have always loved and trusted Job done case closed

Got the bartlett jacket
I had an interesting experience with their website and basically ended up ordering the same vest three different times within the span of about 30 minutes While I was upset with their website at the time I contacted customer service it was on hold for less than five minutes spoke with a lovely woman who said that she would get back to me about canceling two of the three orders throughout the multiple steps it would take to cancel them at their point of processing She was very sweet and helped assure me that they would do everything they can to make sure two of the vests could be canceled before they ship out She also assured me that if they cannot catch them before they ship that she would let me know that they are all on their way and to just return them at my nearest UPS post office for a refund Overall the customer service was fabulous and I am very very pleased

Double front pants saved my leg
Got the bartlett jacket I never had a jacket that looks so stylish and at the same time is made so durable and practical I am very picky about clothes They have to look masculine have to last a long time and needs to have features I can implement in my daily life combined with work activities as well The craftmanship on this jacket is one of the best I seen The fabric is durable but not rigid The fur is comfortable but I m not sweating wearing the coat in a heated house Outside Im never cold in it even if the temperatures are bad This is the best jacket I ever owned It was expensive but actually for what you get it s a steal This jacket will last me at least 5 years I am probably going to seal it with wax to give it more water resistance and durability

I absolutely love Carhartt pants
Got verrry lucky today lucky that all I got was a scratch lucky I still have a leg Learned myself a lesson and a half dug my grandpas old 394xp chainsaw out of a corner of the shop and took it apart and fixed it and had it out for a full use today not being used to using the bigger saw and getting fatigued throughout the day I was cutting some branches little over waist height and when I got thru them I wasn t ready and the saw dropped down towards my leg luckily I was wearing my Carhartt double front pants cause the chain caught in the pants and bogged down before it really got to my skin Wont be cutting nothing with that saw above my waist here on out Stay safe
