Worst airline ever
Their is no merit in flying with an airline staffed by the least educated ground staff following the most broken SOP possible easyjet easyjet are misleading their customers in the worst way possible They are extorting money from innocent mislead customer

DO NOT BOOK CAR - TEA LEAFS
1 star is misleading but it won t let me put zero I booked a hire car at Bristol airport through easyjet car rental I paid in advance my trip date then changed I was able to transfer the car rental to a different date When I finished the actual trip I was charged the full amount with no adjustment for the original payment I ve sent so many emails about it and they just keep telling me it s right despite only giving me an invoice for 190 and I ve paid 287 I ve escalated it but they won t resolve Worst customer service ever just ignoring what I m saying and not able to see why I m not happy

Rented a car via EasyJet When we arrived with an hour and an half delay with EasyJet we found out that the desk had closed after spending 30 minutes trying to locate it Reimbursement claim is apparently taking nearly a month Total scam

Will never use them again
Will never use them again didnt really get a noticable discount comparing with dealing with car rental company directlyThey just add a layer which makes it extremely difficult to sort anything related to your rental since both Easyjet and the rental company are telling me to talk to the other oneA complete mess being even worst by the fact you literally cant talk to anyone at Easyjet rental for supportA complete waste

I rented a car through them and was made to buy additional insurance on arrival Has to take as stuck with three kids and had to get to accommodation plus had already paid a fair whack Easy jet proport a load of disclaimers by buying through third party I was totally exploited - car now cost ridiculous amount and twice what it should I am now reading about everyone else having poor experience though goldcar Disappointed in Easy jet for being part of what is a scam and totally misleading its customers Will be seeking legal advice - disgraceful Knew we should have used TUi for our holiday as we usually do

Avoid at all costs
We used this service to book a car and paid in full in April Upon arriving at the car hire location Drivalia on the date and time of the rental start we waited an hour before being told they ran out of cars I ve opened a ticket with EasyJet as per Drivalia s instructions and am still waiting for a refund I keep getting told they are still investigating but you can tell they are hoping I will just give up and let them keep the 1010 CAN I paid I will be reaching out to a UK Trading Standards Officer to register a formal complaint

Easyjet car hire company is an absolute fraud operation I paid for a car rental online Late night at the airport in Poland I went to collect the car from FlexToGo At the desk they took all my details made me sign documents and then announced that they cannot give me the car because the credit card has an initial for the first name instead of in full spelling They immediately offered me the same car using the same credit card but for a double price FlexToGo prey on families with small children that have no other options late at night Absolute disgrace

Fraudulent thieves Avoid at all costs First time we ve booked through the airline thinking it would be a benefit 100 isn t Our flight was delayed 1 5hours and so car trawler or U-save gave our car away It s ridiculous had to go to a different company and pay 3 times as much Easy jet stating we were a no show cancellation and not their responsibility to update the car company Absolute joke avoid them at all cost They know exactly what they are doing and I m sure the car hires are aware easyJet customer service
