Small local company offering personal service

I recently purchased an integrated fridge freezer and washing machine from Paul at Carters Horsham I ve always found Paul extremely helpful when I ve visited Carters for bits and pieces Paul recommended both appliances and I haven t been disappointed with either There are two reasons why I chose Carters for these purchases Carters is a small independent local company with a very good reputation for service and after care and Paul provided both with his personal and individualised service Everything was smooth sailing from purchase to installation Carters is a small company I would highly recommend and use in the future Thank you Carters and PaulLinda Cowderoy

Great experience

We in our 80s and our washing machine broke down on Saturday As it was a Bank Holiday we couldn t get to the shop until Tuesday it was delivered and installed the next day We couldn t have had a better experience the shop staff were so polite friendly and helpful They were very knowledgeable about the different washing machines which helped us choose the right one for us The two men who came to install it were also very polite friendly and obviously knew what they were doing Unfortunately due to an electrical problem it wouldn t work but they gave us the name of a good electrical company who came out 2hrs later and fixed the problem Another man called in this morning to stabilise the machine because it had had to be moved when the electrician came Really can t find any faults with this company thank you all
