Great service

The guys from Carters were very efficient They followed Covid guidelines securely they were within the times specified Although they had an initial issue with getting our dishwasher in place they solved the problem and cleared up afterwards An excellent company

Bought a fridge and a freezer online The freezer was out of stock but was delivered in good time The fridge arrived within days and our old appliances taken away Very satisfied with the new ones Efficient and friendly service all round

Great service on time friendly helpful men Would have given 5 if he had fitted the plug so it went underneath kitchen unit instead of above

A washing machine was delivered the 3 delivery men were very efficient and very helpful but the delivery felt a bit rushed The bolts to secure the washing machine drum were not left with us the testing of the machine was very minimal From the 1st knock on the door to the time they left was about 10mins

Delivery and installation was satisfactory but when a bulb in the oven failed the next day it took nearly a week for Carter s to replace it That bulb failed after 24 hours so rather than wait another week I bought pack from Amazon which arrived the next day and I fitted a new bulb which is quite difficult and it is still working
