I m very sad that you don t have the old formula I really loved how soft my hair used to be The thickening formula dries my hair even though I use the conditioner It is not the same I hope that someday you bring the old formula back

I have only been using the products for 3 weeks and can notice a difference in thickness but they do suggest 6-8 weeks to really notice a difference I will review again then So far I m happy with results Only given 3 stars as cannot fully review for another 3 weeks

I started using cel products about 2 years ago I thought they worked great in the beginning My hair felt thicker and healthier almost right away I have noticed though that it just not as good as it used to be My hair is back to being on the thin side I ve also noticed that since they switched from plastic to aluminum bottles it is just not as effective Not sure if that is a coincidence or not but it has me looking toward other products that may be more effective

I would like to say the shampoo was ok but I don t want to purchase it any more as I am unable to wash my hair myself Am going to have to go to my local hairdresser Could you please cancel any more being sent to me Very sorry

I use the shampoo and conditioner regularly I have very fine hair and these products do help I have discoid lupus which has made scarring on my scalp and caused some balding I ordered the regeneration product early this summer for around 80 Unfortunately the post office returned it because of an incorrect number in the address I did not get any reply when I attempted to email via the help line So I was out the product and the money I would still like to try the regrow that product but don t want to pay a second time

I like the product but I m not sure I trust the Outcome growing hair I have heard very good things about it though

The product is to expensive for me as I am a senior citizen

Update on my review They discontinued the serum The only product I used They also did not make me aware they discontinued it until I emailed and asked where my current shipment was As of now there is nothing to replace it I have already purchased another product brand I am sorry to see the product go but not sorry that I no longer have to deal with the incompetence of this company You guys really need to get your stuff together The most frustrating experience I ever had was the 3 years I was buying your products Original review I like the hair serum but their customer service is awful In fact I am waiting for a shipment I am on reoccurring and nothing Almost out Don t change anything on your account because they will screw up your entire account and when they finally fix it and send out your product it takes weeks to arrive I thought they would get better as time went on but unfortunately no

I have used this product and reordered several times as very impressed However I don t use conditioner at the same rate as the shampoo Please make two bottles of shampoo an option instead of one of each Until you do I won t be continuing to stock pile the conditioners Thank you
