Disappointed

Was so excited to try the product have been using nioxin shampoo and conditioner for years which I m happy with but thought I d give this a go as it has received great reviews Been using Cel for 4 weeks now and I must say I m very disappointed my hair is becoming more oily faster and needs washing more often It feels like the product coats my hair and weighs it down Am going to continue using the product till it s empty to give it the benefit of the doubt but wouldn t recommend or rate it highly The smell is not offensive at all but also doesn t leave your hair smelling freshly washed

The product is greatPoor Customer Service

The product is great customer service not so much Ordered in November was charged and never received product Contacted company no order was placed was their answer My answer was if no order was placed what did I pay for Product showed up 2 weeks later

Not sure it s worth the money

I haven t noticed a change to the growth rate of my hair nor a decrease in the amount of breakage The texture does feel a bit softer but for the cost the hype and after 4 months of consistent use according to instructions I feel I should have experienced more of a dramatic difference -

I did not receive my product for almost

I did not receive my product for almost 6 weeks after ordering it My credit card was charged without my product I had to email customer service twice before I was reassured that my order was on the way I m not sure what actually happened I love the products that I purchased I hope when I order again I have better luck Thank you Mary Seay

I have been using the shampoo and

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner along with the drops of micro stem hair stimulation formula for two months and have seen no difference in the fullness of my hair It feels the same as it always did I am 68 so possibly it does not work if you are older Very disappointed Also I have been very diligent using two times a week

Did Not Work

Did not work for my husband I bought these products for my husband s thinning hair and one bald spot quickly showing he s 44 After using the shampoo conditioner and serum consistently serum daily and shampoo conditioner pretty much daily as well for over six months we saw zero difference We took before and after photos to document any progress and were sad to see none I will name one positive because I always like to look for at least one The presentation of the products and shipping is great always on time delivery when done through subscription

Not happy with company e product is ok but I was not aware

The product is ok but I was not aware when I bought it that I was signed up to buy it on a monthly basis I emailed the company several times to say that I do not want to pay and receive product automatically but despite me asking for confirmation of cancellation I have not had any replies to my emails All I keep getting is emails asking me to sign up to their club

Works on Black hair

I haven t used this shampoo conditioner yet because i just ran across this advertisement and became curious about this product Read some of the reviews and wondered if it works on Black hair Black people don t wash their hair everyday I would hate to purchase these products and it dry and break my hair and then pay more to send it back than I did to purchase it

Disappointed had high hopes

Disappointed I received my pens but they would not dispense Replacement order never arrived The shampoo and conditioner are nice but way way to small for the price 11 00 for the pair Like resort size small Couldn t use it long enough to confirm or dispute whether it does what it claims or not Customer service was very nice when I contacted them but that did not change the outcome in the end

I started out loving this nail product

I started out loving this nail product Unfortunately my subscription order was totally messed up and every time I tried to contact customer service to show them the error they made it somehow never got resolved It became so frustrating I ended up canceling my subscription Sad because it s a good product but not worth the frustration
