BAD HAIR - BAD SERVICE

These products have dried my hair out and made my hair even frizzier that it was too start with I didn t think that was possible All of that is okay because I understand that different products work for different people but the customer service is appalling I have sent over six emails cancelling my order and keep getting an auto-generated message that someone will get back within 24 hours - but they don t Overview is this company is probably a bit dodgy and there are much more responsive competitors UPDATE So reached out for the eighteenth time in response to this plus a few FB posts plus another response to one your many marketing emails Still crickets

Scamming company

I would give it minus 5 stars if I could Products are nothing special and the customer service is appalling I had a quarterly subscription with Cel which after 2 users I requested to cancel They wrote back confirming the cancellation but then continued taking money without my consent and without any products to show for it I have written to them numerous times to get my money back but had no reply Do not sign up with this company they are scamming people for money

Very disappointed in the customer

Very disappointed in the customer service from Cel Joined with a fab offer waited for my second delivery it never arrived Got in touch with customer service only to be told my card was at fault When I assured the lady that wasn t right I was then patronised and got nowhere They clearly didn t want to honour my offer they shouldn t be offering discounts if they don t want people to take them up on them

Do not order through this company it

Do not order through this company it automatically takes money out of your account every month and you can t cancel it my 76 year old mother has had money taken out every month she is on a pension they don t care and has only had one lot of products arrive now I need to cancel her card to stop it I warn you don t do it And they will also send you links too cancel and it will not open the page also when you ring it s a recording Please don t go there

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful - made my hair fall out and look lifeless and dull Plus charged a subscription when I didn t want that unable to get any response from seller and charged again for the same dreadful product AVOID AT ALL COSTS and do some research - there are hundreds of other customers who have been ripped off

Terrible customer service

I have tried logging in tells me to use valid details I have tried Forgot my password no email received with instructions on resetting I have emailed twice no response I want to cancel my subscription due to these issues Update I have tried every way to contact Cel with no response I have now cancelled them via Paypal Don t deal with this company

I made a bulk purchase from Cel brand on 15 Feb 2023 and haven t receive my inventory yet One of their sale person Patrishia is saying that my order has been shipped other team is saying we will process your order after payment confirmation I request if any responsible cel brand team member is reading this comment then please reply to my emails and resolve this matter ASAP

Scam Pathetic customer support

I placed wholesale an order on February 11 2023 and till then I have been waiting for my product Their customer service is way tooo low standard My Order No is SC415069 and lead time written on their website was 10 days and today is March 18 2023 On March 1 they provided me new mail for solution but haven t received positive response from them too Pathetic Experience
