So pleased I saw this on facebook I was impressed when I read the feedback as I don t usually buy off facebook I have been using the shampoo for a wee while now and am delighted with the results I have fine hair but I do believe the shampoo has worked wonders My two daughters are delighted with their results as I purchased cel for them when I was so happy with my results Thank you

I was led to believe that use of the shampoo and conditioner would lead to a fuller head of hair I tried the products and felt that I had to use a lot of shampoo to get suds and even with that my hair did not feel clean We have hard water I plan to use the products until they are done and re-evaluate If my hair becomes thicker I will be much more positive

Just received an email saying hi Jennifer Thank you for your recent order I am not Jennifer and I did not place a recent order I hope Cel did not charge me AGAIN for something I did not order I have had endless problems with that on 8 3 I spoke with Alexander who promised me nothing more would be charged nor shipped I am skeptical of your business The product is OK but the business end is horrible

Way too expensive Your prices are out of control Lower the prices and cel would do a lot better

Looking at these reviews I noticed that a lot of these are from US

I emailed customer service several times to send back the shampoo and conditioner for a refund The first time a lady got back with me It wasn t long maybe within a day or so and I appreciated that The lady that got back to me wanted to know if I would like to keep the product for a 30 refund and keep the product I replied saying I would rather send it back for a refund because I wouldn t use it and that is why I was sending it back This was around May 12th Earlier on April 16th I stopped the autoship But yet this one was shipped out on the 26th And I wanted to return it Later on the lady told me to send pictures of the product It was several days later I did this and haven t heard back from anybody I have gone on the website and sent emails and nobody responds back It has taken me around the middle of May until now to try to reach somebody

One thing I have to tell you I really do enjoy the product But these people do not want to do business properly they are still in virus mode they will not answer a telephone and now I need to postpone my November order and the email that I have for them does not work leaving me with no alternative but to leave a message stating I am very much not pleased with the way you people do business

It s a shame you discontinued the Cel MD Growth Serum After looking for something that could help me with chronic hair loss for more than 30 years to the point I was looking for wigsI I found your wonderful product and my hair loss completely stopped I couldn t believe it It was like a miracle Unfortunately I m starting loosing it again It s really sad you don t do it anymore Maybe in a future

I ve been a Cel user for 4 years now But this last order was full of errors I couldn t use the website to order the products I wanted didn t arrive the first time it was items I didn t order It was remedied by customer service but the Repair and Restore shampoo and conditioner I have loved now has a very unpleasant fragrance of old perfume and its watered down I am not happy with the conditioner either it dries my hair instead of making it silky as the old ones did I don t think I will continue using Cel

I have been trying to order for over a month and every time i add to cart it says there was a problem adding this to the cart i have tried different browsers and even different houses with no avail So i thought id emeail them however i got a failure notice using there given contact email on thier website and also thier support email address but both have failed Can anyone please say if this company has gone bust or something
