What can I say other than the shipping

What can I say other than the shipping process for products are awful I ve been waiting close to 3 weeks for ONE shampoo I have canceled my subscription Can t be waiting on shampoo forever

Not a reputable company

I have an ongoing dispute with this company I purchased 2 lots of product and then I had an advice that another order was on its way and my PayPal account had been charged without my authority When I queried it I had to make contact twice before I received a reply only to be told I d made a mistake and ticked Subscribe and they d cancel it and let me have the products at a 30 discount In the meantime I d been receiving almost daily emails asking me to subscribe and despite their subscriptions being for 3 or 6 mth supply this order had been sent in just under 2 months from my previous order On further investigation I found this is a regular practice by this company I m still waiting on a reply to my previous 2 emails Beware before ordering

If I could give a score of ZERO I would BEWARE fraudulent company continues to take payments when not requested useless expensive products I used for over SIX months with NO effect terrible packaging cheap aluminium containers arrived dented When you leave negative feedback on facebook you magically find you are BLOCKED they don t want people knowing that their products are expensive and useless Other customers stated that POOR CUSTOMER service refuse to answer emails cancel subscription and stop taking money from their accounts DON T BELIEVE ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Liar didn t received product nor money

Left review on Mar18 2023 about my order placed on Feb11 2023 which hasn t been delivered yet They just replied back that they have provided solution in mail but no In mail they said mail to wholesale teamI have already mailed on Mar18 2023 but Cel Wholesale team didn t even bothered to reply back

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I ordered the Microstem Ultimate Hair Growth BUNDLE and specified a ONE TIME ORDER Today I received another shipment of the same products which I did not order Your company illegally put me on AUTO SHIP I ordered a one time purchase and you now have put me on auto ship and keep charging me I now see that I am not the only one this has happened to I expect you to fix the problem issue me a refund of 59 90 and tell me how to send the products back to you at your expense

Scam Illegally continue to take money

Warning DO NOT trust this company I ordered a one off purchase and they continued to take my money for 4 months without my authorisation I had to block them for the money to stop being taken I complained via every channel you can think of and radio silence From these channels I soon see that I m not the only one this has happened to Disgusting how they are getting away with this and still operating Makes me so angry I still don t have my money back and yet to hear from someone from the business I have reported them to fair trading and I hear of others getting lawyers involved

Poor customer service if you want to cancel Nice shampoo and conditioner but no benefits to me as to thicker hair or less loss Have emailed twice now to cancel my subscription with no response

Started Using Cel due to hairloss

Started Using Cel due to hairloss my hair has started falling out faster that it ever did on my previous product which I am now back on and my sculp started to form small boils and itching Cancelled my subscription through the website over a week ago following their instructions under the Cel FAQ page They have not cancelled my subscription when i called the number to speak to Customer services the line did not connect as it apparently doesn t exist I have emailed to cancel no one has responded to my emails they have dispatched products which are now in transit - have requested a return label in line with their guidelines but heard nothing Cel has been one of the worst decisions I have made in the last year

Please do not use this service it is a scam

Please do not use this product Extremely poor service I returned products due to an allergic reaction I posted back on 19th May registered delivery and have asked numerous times for my money back DONOT TRUST THE RUBBISH ABOUT MONEY BACK GUARANTEE They will not return my money DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PROMISES This is a scam and no customer service at all

I have used this product for months

I have used this product for months absolutely love it but when i went to purchase 4 sets it wont let me go to pay unless i purchase something from their promotional groups I don t want them it wont let me x out and it wont leave the site when i press no thanks I don t want to buy anything else except my 4 sets its super frustrating tried fb Instagram and also the webite all the same thing
