Great product but issues with orders

I ve purchased Cel products 3 times and although I am liking the products twice I ve had issues with my orders Most recently I received my order without pumps for the bottles of shampoo and conditioner Prior to this I ordered a monthly subscription that looked on the website like it included full size shampoo and conditioner bottles in addition to the microstem stimulation formula but when i received the order it had 2 tiny travel size bottles of shampoo and conditioner and 5 tubes of the microstem stimulation formula I cancelled this subscription

I honestly love the products that I have received and the customer service has been really great to work with Unfortunately I have had to speak with customer service on several occasions The auto ship was frustrating in that I was paying but I never received the products This was rectified easily after speaking with customer service but I did not continue subscription because of the ongoing problems

No email order came with order

Hi from Australia I ordered the shampoo and conditioner on the 2nd of June 2020 I am concerned that I did not receive a email or order number to say that the order had gone through But noticed that the payment has gone through Can you assure me that you will give me a order or invoice number The firm also stated that in Australia we will receive our products with in 3 to 5 working days Regards Christine N

If only I could get over the horrible smell of the shampoo

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for 2 months I haven t noticed anything different I am willing to keep trying however one thing I cannot get over is the horrid smell My hair smells like mildew The same smell you get when you have left your laundry in the washing machine too long and dried the clothes any way Bad smell I can t get over it It completely overshadows any benefits of the product Change the smell and I will be back

Love the product

Love the product but shipping took longer than promised Had to keep emailing to find out where my order was Apparently my order was lost and first time I emailed I was told they were waiting on my travel packs because they were on back order I asked well can you ship them later and send the product I paid for then all of a sudden my package was sent and got lost I thought it was bad experience

Love the products

Love the products but the website and customer service has been very lacking I wanted to delay a month and now I receive no products This is unacceptable in 2020 when you cannot adjust your delivery on line The shampoo and conditioner helped me get my thinning hair back from taking medication but not sure if I want to jump back in and have to relive the customer service issues

I tried the Cel MD products for almost a year now but I guess I am one of the unlucky one who has seen little improvement I wish I had better results but I can t lie Do understand that certain product doesn t work for all and I am one of those that this product didn t work for yet it doesn t mean it won t work for you

Sample sizes

I have tried at least 3 different brands during this pandemic I am tired of spending so much money and being disappointed I would like to request sample sizes of your products so that I can try them without spending too much Some of the other companies have offered sample sizes

I have been using your product

I have been using your product faithfully for several months My hair doesn t fall out after it has been washed and conditioned however in the mornings when I brush it there s a lot of hair in the brush I also have flakes in my brush that won t come out It s really gross Can you help me with the flakes dandruff It s bad Are others having the same problem
