Failed to use my data in a manner I had given permission for Then asked for more sensitive data when a DSAR was asked of them by ICO As if I would give a company that has already identified me more sensitive data when they cannot follow GDPR with the minimal data they already have

Why is there a no star review when there is no redeeming features for CEO Oshea Homecare Customer Services Shocking company that is offering a sub standard service and product I wish Oshea nothing but bad fortune for his refusal to address me He will in my opinion get his just deserts when he has served his purpose as indeed will his Customer un-service when they have done Osheas bidding

Disgusting service
As an Ex employee and current customer of 20 years I think this is proof loyalty means nothing to Centrica Bad enough that despite making 65 million profit last year they neglected to pay a shareholder dividend its like trying to get blood out of a stone to get any information or speak to anyone there I am totally disgusted at the behaviour of Centrica for a brand I felt passion and loyalty towards both of which have been decimated I can see now why our shares are practically worthless due to the way Centrica conducts itself Shame on you all

British Gas homecare liars that put their customers at risk
British Gas Homecare Engineer destabilised my new boiler heating installation and then refused to come back to rectify even when pleaded with They clearly have neither the resources nor the expertise to justify their contract And they do not care about vulnerable customers They lied about when they re going to send a so-called emergency appointment Was supposed to be next day but the actual appointment booked was three days later - leaving my family without a working system Unbelievable bad faith and abusive of customers with no choice but to simply take the beating over and over again

COSMO couldn t help - because it s the least intelligent but of machine code I ve encountered No matter COSMO very kindly announced that it couldn t help and was putting me through to an exotic sounding helper I ll never know what this one was - it was either mute or someone had stolen it s keyboard So they couldn t help either I only wanted to change my email address not discuss Byzantine architecture Hopeless

Just want to add bank details as requested by them Scanning QR code I was sent takes me to option of setting up account to do it or calling the number Called the number - listened to 5 min of recorded messages urging me to go online - then finally call answered by woman with baby in background who informs me that online is the only option Pathetic unhelpful unprofessional company

Trying to sell shares via Equiniti Shareviwew is a frustrating and time consuming task via call centres in India Not the fault of the operators but poor training by their management The fees are extortionate so use one of the good old British Brokers It s time that Centrica management used or recommended another agency Shame on them and no wonder the company has gone down hill for years Hopefully shareholders will sack the present board and start again

Centrica British Rip Off Gas are vile disgusting companies stealing money from their customers For months we have been receiving bills with exact same 815 15 standing charge added per month we only use monthly circa 35 00 to 45 00 and our monthly bills are always over 1000 pounds they should be taken to court and jailed DO NOT USE THEM UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES If you are using them please change your supplier

Zero accountability or customer care Well done British Gas
I m deeply disappointed with British Gas and the complete lack of professionalism throughout my experience Since October 2024 I ve faced ongoing issues that remain unresolved despite numerous calls and follow-ups It all started when my account was inexplicably overridden and linked to a completely different address in Devon even though I live in Somerset My direct debit was canceled without my consent and after repeated attempts to fix the issue my account was cancelled entirely despite having a positive balance of 112 78 I ve called customer service multiple times and was repeatedly promised that the issue would be resolved within 5 days but weeks passed with no updates Instead I received emails stating my account email address had been changed yet I couldn t log in or access my account After nearly two months of frustration I had no choice but to switch to another provider To make matters worse I then received an incorrect bill for 243 83 despite my account being in credit I struggled to pay the bill due to their mistake and had to chase them for a correction but no one even acknowledged their error Their incompetence and reliance on scripted responses meant that because my situation didn t fit their usual processes it was ignored and left unresolved Now I m forced to dispute this unfair bill and seek compensation for the time stress and inconvenience I ve endured British Gas has shown zero accountability or customer care and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone
