Unresponsive and Ineffective Landlord
Clarion has been unresponsive to reported issues and when they eventually address a complaint they provide a plan of action but fail to follow through We ve been dealing with an unresolved issue for over eight months now with no solution in sight Previously an electrical issue that posed a safety hazard took a full year to resolve and required multiple complaints to finally address the danger In our experience Clarion has not managed tasks effectively both for us and our neighbors and has proven to be a disappointing landlord

I have noticed the worst response from
I have noticed the worst response from this firm I am actually housed by them but all is downhill when it comes to repairs standard of repairs response and what not On many occasions you schedule a repair then give an appointment only to be welcomed with a message that an operative called up and didn t find you so it will be re-booked or you can cancel if no longer needed

Not responsive and slow
A group of residents raised many issues about the housing to Clarion but no response and no follow up Raised key fob request and paid but still get nothing for 1 5 month now first CS forgot to raise the request internally wasted 1 month Then chased it manually myself got a promise to get the key fob within a week still nothing now for more than 1 week chased 2nd time Basically all hilarious people doing nothing and slow

Water pouring out of the fusebox
Water pouring out of the communal fusebox Risk of danger to life All weekend we was without water for all 33 flats in the property we lost communal lighting and lifts Now the water is leaking out the fuse box again This has been ongoing for months The cupboard was left with exposed water and fuseboard its a hazard to life This has been reported numerous times its still leaking We also have an electric shock warning signs put up that we are risk if we use the lifts due to water damage

Fed up with chasing
Currently in a mutual exchange process with a clarion tenant It s been hard work since day 1 I received a letter 2 weeks ago stating they had until 11th November to make a decision regarding the mutual exchange I emailed this letter to them on 11th November and haven t even heard back They didn t even book the tenant in for their home inspection until 2 00pm on the day they were supposed to give us a decision it s now the 13th of November I spoke with someone yesterday for an update in customer support He assured me someone would call within 24hours That was at 9am yesterday morning and I m still waiting for a response They haven t sent landlords reference of the current clarion tenant to my housing association so they have had to give decision without it however they are also STILL WAITING ON CLARION

Been a tenant for many years
Been a tenant for many years And I m absolutely disgusted disappointed with the repair team I reported a repair back in august I have just been lied to about the repair being done I have also taken 3 separate days of so the repair can be done no one turned up I also had a leaking toilet for 3 months that s only just been repaired So now I have decided to withhold the rent pay someone to do there job I am also going to contacting my local paper to report this issue Clarion housing are a useless company who need to sort out there repair team
