This company has the worst customer service in the history of customer service in my experience My funds have been trapped on this platform for months every attempt to have my funds released has failed When I write a review they the social media person replies with some scripted nonsense CEX IO has asked to let them know where my funds were going which I did then they asked for source of funds which I told them but yet my funds are still stuck We are not even talking about 1000 dollars but yet they want to steal it from the little man

Had to fight and get help before they started listening to me dont let them get away with it there is hope on my display pic

Good Morning This is getting to the point of theft or a scam I need my funds released I have spoken to customer support over and over and Everytime I comply there is another hoop for me to jump through I need my money released to me immediately there is no reason for you guys to hold 660 dollars hostage for 4 months There is no relief for the customer Richard who is the account manager is giving me generic answers at best there has been no help I have complied with everything that has been asked of me yet Everytime I leave a review the social media people come on with their scripted answers I need help I need a regulator my kids didn t have Christmas presents because you guys are holding my funds

If I could I would give zero stars The customer service is absolutely horrible I set up my account and purchased bitcoin Was told I m fully verified But then when I tried to withdraw I was told in order to get fully verified I have to upload a selfie with my credit card where all of the info of the credit card is visible That alone is sketchy af But I needed my money so I uploaded requested selfie numerous times exactly like requested and it kept getting rejected I contacted customer support after several days I finally got a response but they just requested the same selfie So I tried again but now the website doesn t even give me the option anymore to upload that selfie And customer support hasn t been replying in days So I guess my money is gone

The plan is to make profits and earn more crypto But the situation is not like that when you join this broker things start to change and it feels so unfortunate I m just grateful I was a able to find Vou wallet where I have been earning a lot

Not even worth the 1 star Do not touch this company They have stolen my money and denied me access to my account and doing everything possible to stop me accessing my account Support just keep coming back with excuses to why i can not access my account This have been going on for months now and i am now looking at how i can get my money from them Stay clear of this scam company

Thousands of good reviews but why is there an issue with few of us and we write and complain to you and nothing is done about it anyways I had to report the case because the money involved is not a small amount and I got my refund

When I first used the website I passed 2 levels of verification and was able to purchase and withdraw Then when I used them recently they accepted my money and denied my withdrawal It s to the same exact wallet and same exact card I ve always used but now they are asking for government documents proof of income wallet ownership I sent all of that their response time is 7-10 days crazy They asked for more 6 months worth of statements Then asked for full transaction history of the wallet Sent all of that they had it under review for 1 month Then came back and asked information on transactions they found in my statement that ARENT RELATIVE TO CEX IO Absolutely crazy Been holding my money hostage for 3 months now and they are currently being investigated by the SEC for fraud DO NOT USE They are the next FTX 5 reviews are fake Read everyone else s review

The Exchange has become unreliable Withdrawals are often put on hold or pending which causes delays in processing In some cases I had a few during an arbitrage you can incur losses when sending out your funds As a result my trust in the Exchange has diminished

I tried to withdraw my coin from cex io to my other exchange account firstly I tried with 83 ENJ COIN to check if the withdrawal was working or not and I got the coin in just 5 min into my other exchange account after getting assured I tried to withdraw all my 5914 ENJ COINS but since when I initiated the withdrawal it went into the pending mode it s not the network issue it issues these scammers who operating CEX IO because they didn t initiate the transaction on BLOCKCHAIN that s why it shows still pending because they hold all my ENJ TO themselves NO ONE HAS REPLIED TO MY MESSAGE ON THE WEBSITE AS WELL AS ON TWITTER ITS 3RD DAY STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THESE SCAMMERS SO TODAY I FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST ACTION FRAUD UK AND THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY AND THEY MAILD ME BACK THAT THEY GONNA INVESTIGATE FURTHER SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM I SUGGEST ALL
