I have been using cex io for more than one year and have come to really enjoy their services that they offer on their centralized exchange the user interface is easy to use as a newbie buying and selling on the app is made very easy they offer a variety of currencies ranging from stable coins asset backed coins such as aurus various volatile coins like bitcoin and etherium

As many exchanges they look good on the surface and you ll be able to trade with no problems and low fees but once you start making larger trades and need verification you ll be stuck there with no way to get out the KYC process will never end with your money stuck in the exchange for ever with that excuse

Okay services but terrible customer service and response Been in contact with customer services for 2 weeks now with little to no response my funds are stuck and they are refusing to withdraw every follow up email just asking me to wait for more information and not contacting me back for days at a time Have never experienced such poor customer service before but would 100 not recommend because of this the customer service is close to non existent

Hey there i like this exchange because it has a minimalist style is very easy to navigate and ive had great experiences in the past except the SLOW bch transactions when depositing crypto but there has been cons aswell from the slow transactions times where im waiting 1-2 Hours for a crypto deposit and the Support isnt so great i had to wait around 48 Hours for a reply edit also i have a crypto transaction thats was pending since Oct 14 2022 6 35 PM UTC with over 250 confirmations with a unsatisfactory answer from the support team

Its good airdrop I love it I want this app to improve there technology about crypto Thank you very much

Unfortunately SEPA withdrawals are no more free without notice to customers first I do not appreciate this so I am now using Binance which is three times less expensive for that it is too bad because CEX SEPA withdrawals were ultra fast they have lost me as a Customer

I have been using the Cex io exchange since 2017 My account has the third and highest possible level of account verification on CEX I really had no problems with them until recently They asked me to provide them information about a deposit transaction worth 0 01btc 3 months old I sent what they asked for and explained everything After that they informed me that my account has been suspended until further notice To make the irony even bigger they didn t block my 0 01btc but CEX blocked all the funds on my account for which I regularly submitted proof of origin during these past few years First they responded to emails during the day then in 3 days and then in 7 days And now after two months they haven t been responding to my emails for more than 10 days They are very wrong if they think that I will forgive them blocking my legal funds in an illegal way I hope for a peaceful solution but reading all these comments below my hope for a peaceful solution is diminishing If there are any changes and if my funds are unblocked I will let you know Until then avoid this exchangeUPD I am very glad that we successfully solved the problem peacefully I really don t see the reason why all this lasted for two months and after my complaint on the trustpiolot website the problem was solved in 24 hours You have needlessly shaken the users trust If you had solved and I see that you could this situation at the beginning in 24 hours I would give you 5 stars but for now you have 3 stars I also want to thank the trustpilot website that justified its existence and proved its effectiveness in solving problems

CEX was a very good exchange from my point of view but something is happening these days in their kitchen that does not look very optimistic I have been a customer of them for years now but recently due to a stupid mistake that I have made their compliance officer decided that they can no longer provide their services to me I have no problem with this and I understand their concerns They said too that I have to withdraw my funds in crypto I have tried to withdraw some funds but the withdrawal was rejected and they said I have to withdraw all my funds together Now I have been trying to reach the withdrawal page on the website and the app with no success and I have been contacting customer support but they reply after a long time with no solution except for some automated replies The complaints email is not replying too Finally my app is blocked and some website features are inactive for me This sounds like a major liquidity problem Be Aware everyone

First time on this as someone was sending me money so it got sent then I had an email saying I have to pay money in to receive the funds is this correct or a scam
