We have temporarily suspended CEX IO s trading service on your account I have an account on CEX IO since 2018 and I was enjoying their service but in October 2022 they started asking me tons of questions and I have answered them and provided a lot of my personal documents Everything was fine until they started asking for personal documents of my parents Their support team answers once a 2-3 weeks I have tried to make a crypto withdrawal to my wallet but transaction is still being processed It seems to me like never-ending loop with their questions and now I am realizing that my hard earned money and the money was given to me by my relatives as a present for my wedding anniversary and birthday is in unknown status I can rate their service only with grade 3 until my problem is solved Upd my withdrawal transaction was rejected and my crypto funds just stuck on their platform I have Identity and Address verification I don t know why support is so slow but it is very tiring and annoying to wait for any response form them If I notice any changes and If my funds are unblocked I will let you know Upd I decided to stop cooperation with CEX IO yesterday I also asked to withdraw all my assets to my wallet Should be fine as I am verified Waiting for feedback from support
