Made a purchase about 30 hours ago Within 10-15 minutes CEX emailed me to ask if I was using a VPN which I was and for a selfie with my ID I responded immediately provided the ID and answered yes I often use a VPN but won t in the future on their site Then CEX went completely silent They still have not fulfilled my order Worse they have not provided any status update What truly concerns me is the complete lack of communication CEX has never informed me that my order will be delayed And despite my immediate reply to their email request CEX has not said or done anything ever since -- now exceeding 24 hours CEX could easily provide me with a status update for this instant purchase Instead I have no clue where my money is or whether my order will ever be fulfilled I tried following up with their online support but they never answered Trust is huge when purchasing online CEX is rapidly losing mine At present this is the worst experience I ve ever had purchasing cryptocurrency I will provide an update if I ever hear from them Update Thank you for the response here on Trust Pilot CEX This was the first notification I received regarding my order and this does ease my concerns I have added a star and will increase the rating further if this issue is resolved promptly

I was contacted by CEX and asked for my passport details to verify my account which I sent the over last week Things are slightly better than last time I reviewed them but its taking still taking way to long to get back on simple issues It s a shame as when they do email for info they are quite precise I am still awaiting the ok so I can sell on my account a small amount of coins I will again keep this review posted on what transpires Hopefully good news I have just checked my App again and have written to James at the CEX support to make him aware I still have the same problem ON ACCOUNT VERIFICATION I still can not liquidate my positions Thanks for getting in touch but I still have the same problem PLEASE HELP ITS A SIMPLE TRANSACTION ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT LETTING ME OR SHOWING ME MY POSITIONS I trust this will be solved swiftly I will gladly give you a generous endorsement if we can just sort this on going issue Thanks

Don t trust them otherwise you will also be scammed like me I recommend you keep your money in your bank account you lose money I was scammed out of around 17500 after a week nobody wants to help me get my money back then report it to my HEADLINE and lucky me all my funds are reflected my bank account Please guys don t make the same mistakes guys
