Read the 1 star reviews before purchase They are hiding their bad service with false positive reviews My funds are held hostage by this scam exchange by the guise of kyc aml something such as no other exchange i have ever encountered before and i am a crypto veteran You can buy from a binary options platform witch do offer crypto withdrawals as well and they do not have these limitations And that says a lot After purchase i had to hold my card and show them the front side of my card with my face if that is not suspicious enough They do not have 24 7 support witch is probably a bottle neck for those who want to withdraw Because who wants to be stuck in this process After new year i will talk to my bank and possibly prohibit anyone from using their service again Will possibly sideline this service if they do not pull their pants up i will go all the way This is not regulation Cex io wake up If you do not trust your users refund them
