Cannot use this feature
Cannot use this face ID feature it s locked me out my app due to too many failures It s really hard for me to reactivate as I cannot receive SMS text at my address Customer since 1976 and sadly I m seriously considering changing banks due to this huge hassle

ONE STAR IS TO MUCH no zero option What a dismal experience Avoid at all costs customer service is non existant no respect for customers time lack of info available online chat is a waste of time and conks out complaints department put down the phone after you have waited in the que keep it under your pillow this lot dont deserve to exist bunch of complete clowns how can anyone be stupid enough to trust them with money financial institution---- your kidding right muppet show more like

Biometric approval does not work
I had been locked out of my account could not send urgent payments could not change my phone number all because of the stinkingly bad NatWest App Biometric approval It s completely unreliable Out of tens of trails 1 will maybe succeed It s so annoying that I have even tried mounting my phone on a tripod to be able to reproduce the exact conditions - nada still does not work

I wish i could give you a minus after loosing my daughter suddenly your bereavement team are an absolute joke 3 months later and you still don t want to pay my grandson what he is owed from his late mothers account I am with Nat west have been for over 40 years but researching a new bank to change to You tell constant lies lies lies to customers

Biometrics - aaaargh
I liked the NatWest app until I was asked to use biometrics System says it recognises my face but then tells me that it is not working - does not give a reason Have loaded and then deleted the biometrics a number of times over several days trying unsuccessfully to change a standing order Have got very frustrated and finally given up The helpline told me that the system must be down

Biometrics facial recognition does not work I have tried multiple times and reloaded the App If you wear reading glasses you cant read the instructions as the camera is too close to your face The failure of the mobile App stopped online banking working until I cancelled the App Come on NatWest you can do better

NatWest - facial un recognition
NatWest always liked your Natwest Black service and the app works well BUT the facial recognition is simply unusable I run around the house gurning at the damned thing in different lighting conditions trying to find some circumstance in which it will finally realise who I am Even worse use of it appears to becoming increasingly mandated - when it demonstrably doesn t work for a sizable minority of users Maybe it s because I m an older person but it should work for everyone Been trying to set up a new payee failed totally and ended up reinstalling the app because I d tried too many times
