TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have repeatedly called customer service for the past 2 months to get the required swift copy of my transfer If I summarize the time I have spent calling and repeating my request It would be over 10 hours Every time person records my request but nothing has been done I am surely going to switch to another and more reliable bank

I called the call center to reactivate
I called the call center to reactivate my card as I changed my job The call center person was half sleepy and and without any verification he simply asked me to visit branch When I asked if you verify the customer and assist them link other bank than only he rembers he can assist me on phone as well Such a ignorant attitude unfortunately

The worst bank that can ever exist
The worst bank i have ever worked in my life and in more than 5 countries You can have a business of hundreds of thousands of dollars with them and in total they are useless they can t even give you a discount in loans or help you in deciding things Also for god s sake don t you have anything to do other than blocking credit card transactions at your will and leave credit card holders desperate in stores

Very poor experince
Very poor experince they have almost the oldest ATM machines you can ever see in UAE they didnt upgrade them for years Very user unfriendly call centre with voice note 3m 50sec before you can choose any option Helpless call centre all what they can do is to file a complain or to tell you go to branch or internet banking Not recommended as a main account it could be a secondary account where you don t need any support or service from the bank

Stay away
Absolutely no respect or regard for their customers They only care about making money Thieving and lying Hidden charges everywhere nothing works and when you call them they don t know why question you like an idiot then promise to investigate and call you back but they never call back Oh and they also charge you an investigation fee when they lose your transfer for 3 weeks out of their own mistake

Absolutely disastrous customer service
Absolutely disastrous customer service in the UAE in spite of being a Premier account holder Made me run around in circles for a call-back on a simple mortgage discussion even after making multiple calls to their customer support and the RM Absolutely useless relationship manager as well Avoid this Bank at least in the UAE

Total absence of service never miss an opportunity to disappoint
The bank is quite possibly the worst entity I ve ever dealt with Every request or task is incredibly difficult takes multiple attempts and is seldom resolved They seem to rely on people s patience running out rather than providing assistance or resolution The relationship managers appear to work for a different bank than the call centre and always provide erroneous information If you make a complaint after losing the will to live they choose to close the complaint without resolving If they tried to provide appalling service I don t think you would be able to tell the difference

Please stay away from HSBC UAE Bank
Please stay away from this bank They are operating in the Stone Age and do not respect customer urgency All my money is stuck in the account says my documents are not updated which is a very tiring task bank server always is down which I did months ago Now out of the blue HSBC blocks my account and says to update my docs I did this once again since I needed to use my funds not to my surprise once again the server failed and now I have to wait for a few minutes and try again until when I don t know Imagine being an International bank and they cannot handle a simple task of updating customer docs Other banks in UAE are doing this seamlessly and within seconds docs are updated through the mobile APP I am utterly disappointed with this experience

Very poor service comparing to other banks I hv applied an credit closure request and its been more than a week till now no responses from their side even we tried many way to reach the call centre and they are saying that it wll b done by soon but its nothing happened Not recommended to my frnds
