Companies response via email at the bottom of my post worth a read as they want me to change my stars Surely that s deception Purchased a flight to Australia through this company advertised as 500 paid for it only to receive an email requesting I call them back and quote my number I did this and was told that if I wanted that flight it would be another 70 plus why as the ticket I currently had was an overbooked one that might mean I don t get on the flight Surely if something is advertised as available at one price it s not because It s unavailable or non existent Anyhow request for an immediate refund was issued still waiting there were mixed reviews and some say the same issues I have I went elsewhere for almost the same price in the with no issues be careful have back up companies Greetings from Crystal Travel I hope this email finds you well Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your concern Upon reviewing the matter even with the discounted deal negotiated with the airline we could have offered a fare of 599 45 inclusive of all taxes with Singapore Airlines However I understand that you have purchased your tickets through another provider It is unfortunate that despite our efforts to offer the desired fares we were unable to meet your expectations I assure you that my team made every effort to find the best available deal for you Occasionally despite our best intentions we face challenges and may fall short of delivering what the customer desires For this I offer my heartfelt apologies As the Manager handling complaints I assure you that we will do everything possible to ensure you are not disappointed in the future Please feel free to contact me directly for any future bookings or post-sale services for tickets purchased through Crystal Travel I also kindly request if possible that you consider amending your 2-star review to a 3- or 4-star rating While I understand this may not completely reflect your experience it would serve as a motivation for my team to continue improving and delivering excellent service Thank you for your understanding and cooperation Please don t hesitate to reach out to me for any further assistance

Liked the fact that they confirmed all possible issues that could of occurred Robin was quite helpful

UPON BOOKINGI booked as one would normally do online all seemed normal It was a well priced ticket However I immediately then got a call telling me my ticket was not actually booked and instead asking me to be rerouted through a different city on a less desirable flight This upset me as it felt like a classic bait and switch UPDATE 18 HOURS LATERThe team at CheckNFly have made things right especially James They have booked me on the original flight at the original cost So in the end I saved quite a bit of money which I am very pleased about However it did come with some hassle and I was worried that they weren t legit but they are and in the end it worked out so I can t complain

Sandra was very helpful and friendly she deserves a five stars service However I give Checknfly three stars because my initial booking did not through properly via their website due to a phantom listing there was no flight available on that date price airline however they still took my payment Sandra helped me book a different flight and although it was more expensive i am happy with the end result

Really disappointed having booked and received confirmation to be told tickets couldn t be issued due to VA changing their policy After several calls secured ticket with another airline but now have to travel separate from the rest of my party and differing times and terminals Not the trip I had hoped

Had a chat with Brad about flexi options He was kind to reserve our seats

Amelia is patient and helpful there was some miscommunication initially but she helped me to resolve the issue

As a direct result of the Trustpilot review I have now been contacted and my request dealt with They were swift to resolve the issue once involved Such a pity that they cant get it right first or second or third time

I booked a flight for 600 but was shortly after called up to pay another 118 as the flight has gone up meantime However Amelia was very helpful and made sure I got good service and easy extra payment
